The people were great. The location was perfect for me.

There was no option for eating inside at the restaurant. The restaurant outside was great, just no option. I could not get the cable TV to work.

Poor state of repair, creaking stairs, no sheets in second bedroom.

The breakfast was overpriced. They charged more for a few pieces of cheese than their own breakfast. We lost power. They made sure I didn't get into the place before the check-in time and seeing that I was already there they didn't even make an attend to. The staff was not very polite. Save some money and go to a resort . I learned my lesson .

the suite was spacious and the private plunge pool was great.

I liked how quiet it was the areas where clean an the staff was friendly & helpful!!!the food was very good!!!

I have a bad back need a really nice bed was disappointed with the mattress it was hard!!!! I would have liked it to be closer to beach!!!

Confusing.

There were 2 huge spiders in the room, various cockroaches hanging out in the suite (huge) the mattress gave me aches and pains. I understand it is a rainforest, but I think they should hire a pest control company.
