The building, beach front, the apartment with beautiful decorations, very clean. Wonderful clean pool . The staff with all under control, nitty . We found everything we needed to fulfill all our needs, very equipped apartment, more than expected.

Location was good. I booked the stay for 7 days but cut short to 2 days due to the state of disrepair of the unit and harassment by the property manager. The manager Karina is totally dishonest and kept on harassing -- repeat calling and emailing about excess charges: - service fee, - admin fee, - waiver fee, - electric fee - resort fee... and a few more.... None of which are authorized by Booking.com. FRAUD charges! Beware. Not only this, she threatens me in whatsapp message that if I do not pay she cannot accept my reservation and will cancel. To this I replied -- CALL THE POLICE! The manager is off site and does not attend to the upkeep of the property. The maintenance staff at the property mentioned that Karina is known for harassing. After checking in I got locked out as the door code wasn't working. So I went to the front desk to seek help. They called Karina and she said that I should take a video trying to open the door and then send her and she will then suggest a remedy. What total nonsense!!

1. Both toilets were not working at check in. Someone came to repair the next day. After repair, one toilet again stopped working. 2. The cabinets and draws in the bedrooms were stuck and did not open. We thought, for a week we can keep our clothes in the suitcases. Not that big a deal. 3. The utensils, pots and pans in the kitchen had a film of grease and layers of dust settled on top. The only way to use the utensils was to first clean them. UNACCEPTABLE! 4. Harassment from Karina was nonstop. In 2 days I received 20 emails from her and and about 75 whatsapp messages! I have filed a dispute with my credit card company demanding a complete refund. All the documents -- booking.com reservation statement; emails and whatsapp messages from Karina are being provided. A TOTAL nightmare!! Who wants to deal with all this during or after vacation? If you travel to Juan Dolio, and need an apartment-hotel style accommodation, there are other options. However this property although it looks good in pictures is not the place for peaceful stay. ******* If Karina disputes my statements, I will post here the entire documentation that I have provided my credit card company. **************

I love that it was romantic and the condo has everything Inside for cooking and abundance of a space. Every romantic place

The showers were not hot. It was loop.warm the entire stay

Excellent location the apartment is spacious and gorgeous super clean we feel very safe. The staff was very friendly and helpful The Concierge have great communication skills, she assist us really quickly and efficiently And results any minus issues. Overall I I strongly recommend it and I appreciated how easy and smooth my stayed was.

I loved the pool, the comfort and the location of the apartment.
