The location was fine and I have no doubt this used to be a grand hotel.

We got the key to a room that wasn't ready. 1½ hour after check-in we asked for another room, since the one we got still wasn't ready. This room was towards the noisy street, but we didn't hear that due to the even noisier a/c. The place seems to lack proper management!

Low price

Staff originally say that they don't have any room available but neither cancel my reservation. They offered rooms under reparation. After a discussion because I didn't accept the room conditions and I requested for them to cancel my reservation, they finally game a working room.

it’s in a nice area close to food services,

there was no heater in the rooms, well it was t working. I mentioned to front office and they told me to let it run for a bit it should work. after an hour it was still not working. they just offered me more blankets. afterwards, I noticed the window was broken, there was a hole where the outside breeze was coming through. it wasn’t until I demanded either another room or my full refund in order to relocate to a different facility that I was helped and taken seriously.

The door at one of the rooms was a little broken. And also there is no elevator and they gave us the rooms on the second floor so it was a little work to get all the logage.

They did not respect the total cost of booking.com They did not replaced towels and bed sheets in two days We found insects in the closet (do not clean the room properly)

It was a horrible experience a night mare started with rooms discuss dirty AC didnt not work neither the room phone , so I was disconnected from front desk . I brought it to management attention and she kept on saying we are working on it and they never did it turn out that maintenance guy was off for vacation! The last 5 days hotel was out of water completely we couldn't take a shower when we felt like it , in addition to that at the pool it was several bee heeded near it on top that they don't have an umbrella to protect customers from sun on a very hot temperature. More over the hotel has several water leaks that lead to the hallway witch made the floor slippery I had surgery and my mother in law it's 75 years old plus my 2 year old daughter and my wife ( all of us ) could have a terrible accidents with the poor condition of the building. I took video and lots of pictures if I need to send to you . I strongly believe that this hotel shouldn't be advertised at all . To finish it has cockroaches have pictures of it too .

There was 0 hot water. Not even Luke warm. I was told I had a garden view, I had a view of the roof if the kitchen. The towels I was given are stained and torn.

Payed for a room with a balcony and they gave me a regular room and charged me the price of a balcony room. When I spoke with the manager he told me there were no balcony rooms left and he did not refund my money back there was a price difference of $50. The room was dirty and in front of a night club so there was loud music playing until 4am. Horrible experience.

I should update the photos of the application .. it is nothing reality .. the tv did not work .. and it is already a building that lacks a lot of remodeling .. what helps it is the customer service and not elevator's

All the staff including the security guard we're super friendly. We felt safe and welcomed. They even stored our luggage after we checked out meanwhile we toured the city.and welcome. We look forward to staying here again.
