Funcionárias muito simpáticas e atenciosas. Bem localizado para o que eu pretendia. Cama enorme, e o quarto apesar de apresentar falta de alguma manutenção estava impecável.

Conseguir tomar banho com água morna é uma aventura, ora está a ferver ou está fria.

Needed wider sheets on the bed! Needed Glasses/tumblers in the bathroom or room.Needed plug in bath & washbasin...not a good result!!

AC broken but given new room. Second room had mold on the curtains opening out to the veranda. Sliding door to the veranda was difficult to open and more difficult to lock. In general, the two rooms I occupied were in need of refurbishing, looking for old and tired. The second room had a tiny (20 inch?) TV (the first room was normal hotel sized TV (28-30").

There were clean towels every day.

The air conditioning wasn’t working so the room was always freezing, there was no mini fridge in the room. At one time the cold water stopped working and so the water was scolding hot (eventually came back). The walls were very thin and so you could hear everything from one room to the other. The breakfast was the same every single day with only 2 options to eat (croissant and bread). The phone in the room to call reception didn’t work.

The quality of accommodation was good but despite advertising that there was a restaurant, this was not open for dinner.
