Excellent safe location as I was carrying belongings precious for me. Friendly staff . Excellent meal at the sister hotel next door , as the chef was not working the night I was there.

Breakfast for vegans whilst limited was sufficient. As a disabled man the shower in the disabled room was excellent, however the room was as far from the check in desk as it could have possibly been. Being a corner room it was very cold even with the heating on, however the staff supplied us with a supplimentary heating fan.

The room was very cold even with the heating on, the room was at the very end of the ground floor corridor at the furthest point from the check in desk. There was a very unpleasant smell from the public toilets near the check in desk.

Room was just a bit tight on space, there was not enough space at the foot of the bed to pass by without colliding with wall mounted tv

We stayed one night on route to Pyrenees. Just off the motorway on a business/retail park area. Secure car park and plenty of it. Staff very friendly and all spoke English. Room was basic but clean and comfortable. No complaints at all.

Room décor is rather basic, very limited international TV stations in English. While the food was good, the menu remained the same week to week with no variation. Cleaning staff did not place new drinking cups in the room each day

Parking is available, the breakfast is good, the restaurant is of reasonable standard and the staff friendly, helpful, flexible and accommodating. Rates were competitive

Room a little small, the lighting in the room is really not conducive to working as there is no main light so if I needed to look at the laptop and a documents this is a problem

People were really nice, chatty and happy to support

the room was small, very warm. The bed was not very good. Also we both felt the room wasn't cleaned properly as if the sheets were from the day before.

Clean and comfortable. Stayed en route to my house in France. Not somewhere I would want to stay if I were on vacation but it suited a purpose
