Service impeccable et personnel tres accueillant et bienveillant.. Restaurant parfait. Tres bel équipement des chambres.. Luxueuse décoration. Service de voiturier tres appreciable ( en option).
La veilleuse a l'entrée de la chambre qui ne s'éteint pas la nuit.

The staff at the hotel was wonderful and fully accommodating to our requests! Very comfortable bed and a great location as well. Breakfast is also quite diverse.

Every edge of the facility is clean and propper - the hotel just gives you a vibe like feeling back home. From the service to the reception, to the housekeeping, everyone cares about you. big thanks to the personel.
After a fee stays in the hotel, i cant finde negative aspects.

Fantastic location. Quite fancy design of the hotel and the room. Helpful personnel. Nice bed. Nice breakfast
As a result of the fancy design I believe comfort suffered a bit. E.g. the wardrobe was with 2 glasses that could not be opened. Putting a shirt on a hanger required additional efforts.

The friendliness and support of the staff. For example, Igor, who worked in the reception, helped us book two excellent tours. The breakfast was excellent and the servers were so friendly and helpful. It was like staying at a friend's house.
The room was very small and there was no place to put our things.
