I liked the modern style of the room and no carpet policy in the hotel. Breakfast was great. The area at the river is perfect for sports people to jogg in the morning or have a walk in the park.

Fitness center is not included in the price, it should be.

i stayed in a suite so I expected it to be worth the money. However, -telephone didnt work - curtains were off the rail hanging -there was no shampoo but ten body lotions next to the shower -there was no price list for the minibar -no coffee buttons for the coffee machine -no pen to place a breakfast order -breakfast order paper didnt work as the paper said it would, actually you had to call the restaurant to make the order but since the phone didnt work.. -bed wasnt made properly when I came to the room

Restaurant, breakfast area, Smoking zone is great. The breakfast rich and good. Staff helpful; waiters very friendly and professional Parking of car without any problems

The bathroom: in the - so called - De-Luxe room is substandard; Mirror edges broken, faucet unprofessional fixed; no cabin for showering and not even a curtain for shower - the style is without tiles and the blank mousegrey walls doesn,t tempt you to stay longer as you absolutely must in this bathroom -- see pictures. Room: 3 lights in the suite were burned out; the (metal) doors of the room fit more to a garage than to a hotel. Unpleasant technic hidden behind a mirror closet. TV misplaced and in untidy condition -- see pictures All in all it has the impression of a bit run-down place where nobody cares to much. Reception: fits more to a boyscout camp. Uncharitable desks at the entrance makes you feel not too welcome.

The staff started yelling outside my door from 07:20 in the morning. Cleaning lady entered my room twice at 08:00 and after 09:00 but did not want to join me in the shower despite being fully aware I was there. They seem to have been more interested in what valuables I may have had in the room than the fact I was actually a guest who paid for a room and couldn't get any sleep in it. The room had a damaged floor and water was leaking everywhere. It's Skopje and I understand that but come on! Really?

The air conditioning was ok but personally would have liked it a bit cooler The heating of the pool had broken down and was so cold we didn’t use it Understand a temporary problem they were getting fixed

The size of the room was huge. The style and the design of the hotel was cool.

The hotel is run down, the room wasn’t clean properly. Most of the staff weren’t very welcoming and didn’t speak English.

Bathrooms leak from everywhere

Housekeeping: Everywhere was filthy, from the furniture in the common areas to the kids play area which was an utter disgrace and was used as a store room for outdoor furniture. There was one Italian speaking housekeeper who really did her best to give us a nice and tidy room, but whenever she wasn’t on the duty our room was very poorly cleaned and tidied. Bedroom corridors and bedroom smell musky and dirty at all times. Irregular laundry service, irregular cleaning (they sometimes decide to simply not do up the room), no tracking of minibar use, no hairdryer, no robe and no slippers, no DND sign, stained towels etc etc!! General maintenance: Property was apparently refurbished 5 or so years ago but is in a rather poor state throughout. Room maintenance: Damaged curtains, badly stained walls, phone constantly failing, peeling soffit in friend’s room. Reception: Quite friendly but possess a general inability to help with many situations. Often do not answer the phone. Suggest not placing any food orders with them as they do not know the menu. Porters were efficient in parking and delivering our cars. Food and beverage: Food is decent but nothing to write home about. Room service is very unstructured, no condiments or anything with orders unless asked for. When ordering pasta and some other dishes they always deliver with cheese on top, not as a side as it should be. Some staff members in the restaurant and at the bar outside were excellent. In short, the General Manager should be ashamed.

Don't book this place . It is not a proper 5*. All the rooms have windows in the toilets so if you got a family room your view the other people having a dump which is weird design - so all of the rooms have this . * They only have one lift catering all the rooms so be prepared to wait in the que evertime . *The Sauna and steam room don't even work . *Asked waiter for Vegetarian Omelette and he gave me HAM and then laughed about it with the manger thinking it was funny and then when i said i wasnt happy they called the police and tried getting me arrested . DONT BOOK THIS PLACE IF YOUR A UK

I like location,breakfast was good

the room we were stay was for party ,dirty and a lot of alcohol everywhere,on the table too . looks like it’s smoky room too .

Room is big and spacious, location is good

Housekeeping is bad they left dirty coffe cups without replacing. TV didn't have channels. No concierge to help with luggage. No proper parking area for guests and no valet available although a sign says valet is available.

Fact they advertise room with balcony, just to find out if it is not written "balcony" in the title of the room on booking.com then it doesn't have it. Also, very slow service, noone answers the calls to the restaurant. Below average breakfast.

The size of the room was perfect for our family. The regular bed and pillows were so comfortable.

We stayed in a Junior Suite unfortunately the single beds were a disaster, I didn’t feel like I have slept. 😔
