The positive things that I observed about this hotel: - It was close to the airport - The room was warm and nice and you could control the AC/heater, which was great. This was honestly the only thing I felt was positive.

The negative things I observed about this hotel: - It is a bit tricky to find the hotel on foot when you walk during nighttime. I felt a bit unsafe when I walked to the hotel during the night. - The payment machine, where you start the process of paying and getting your room number etc, is close to reception but not exactly inside the hotel. When I arrived at night, there was a group of people sitting close to the paying machine, they were all drunk and I didn't feel safe at all to pay and do the whole process while they were sitting there. The payment machine should be moved to a safer place. - The rooms are NOT soundproof. You could hear planes, cleaners cleaning, people from the hallway, birds from outside, and people from upstairs and next to you talking. I have been to hotels close to the airport which had amazing soundproof rooms. - This hotel isn't cheap for having this kind of low standard. - The environment felt like staying at a hostel. - There are no trash cans in the room. Only 1 tiny trash can in the WC. Where should we put our trash? Better to bring your own plastic bags or whatever to use for your trash. - There is no soap in the bathroom to wash your hands with. There is only a tube with shampoo/shower cream in the shower. - The Information received from the hotel via email only came in French and I don't speak French. Imagine if you are in a rush and don't have time to translate a bunch of emails. - The WC was very close to the wall. Meaning if you are tall then it's uncomfortable when you sit on the WC having your head squeezed into the wall. - No staff available during certain hours. The reception is closed during certain hours. Very unsafe and not really a great service at all.

Functional staff-less hôtel next to the airport terminal. Easy self checking.

Well located, loads of parking. Clean. Staff amazingly friendly. Food truck in car park at night for meals - very well priced and brilliant food. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Room was a good size for family.

Nothing really other than you could not get in to the vending machines after reception was closed.

asked for a quite room as I am a light sleeper. my room was allocated near life and open stairs to the lobby. guess out side smoking and chatting until 12:30 am staff arrive is approx 5 am to start breakfast service.

The room was small but ok. I found the toilet very clean. The best thing is this hotel serves the purpose of catching an early flight or coming from a late flight at a more friendly price. The receptionist that evening told us about a short cut through a hotel next door which gives a more friendly walk before going out to the road and the airport car parks. That evening there was a food truck selling dinner to the hotel's clients. Very convenient. We did not try so we cannot say about the tastes or the quality.

The hotel needs a general maintenance, making the corridor more inviting, giving it a colourful carpet instead of black, painting the skirting board and the door frames regularly as now they were damaged by the suitcases and made the hotel look shabby in all. The price is too high for the quality when you think of what you pay to B&B Hotel at CDG Airport. However, we consumers are not able to know the whole story.
