The location was great for getting to Le Mans. The rooms were car themed, which we didn't expect... but it was an added bonus. Sylvain (the owner) was great, so friendly and accommodating. We hit it off straight away. He was so helpful and looked after us the whole time we were there.

There wasn't anything no to like.

Easy to find off the A28, quiet small town location Sylvain came across as friendly and helped to get a booking for evening meal locally. We did not require breakfast so can't comment on it.

The "BMW room" - which unsurprisingly does not feature in the photos - was terrible. Advertised as a double room featuring a balcony and seating area had neither of these unless you walked down a corridor and out onto a flat roof. It was barely big enough for a smallish and very uncomfortable double bed. No en suite. The bathroom (which was larger than the bedroom and does feature in the photos) was nice but reached down the corridor, as was the toilet which doubled as a vacuum cleaner cupboard. The room was clearly decorated by a 15 year old boy with grey decor and BMW racing stickers randomly attached to the wallpaper. Instead of a table there was an artfully-positioned BMW themed fuel drum - which periodically clanked loudly as the air inside cooled and contracted during the night. It would have woken me up if I had not been unable to sleep due to the dreadful mattress. We were told it was the only room available due to a wedding. We saw one other guest couple. I'm sorry Sylvain, not good enough for the price.

A warm welcome, nice property and the host allowed us to park our motorbikes in a locked shed. The rooms were fine. Clean and a nice coffee machine and shower.

Nothing to do with the property but the only place open for food on a Thursday night in town was a Kebab shop...

The owner is a very kind and helpful host. He is doing is best to make sure one feels comfortable. Also, the place is very easy to find, easy to access, good and secure parking, and very close to the main autoroute. The breakfast is good and it is possible to have dinner in a tiny village a few kms away, at an incredibly low price and good quality. All that organised by the owner.

Room is a bit small. It is comfortable but in a place like this one, one would expect a larger and better furnished room. The wi-fi needs better access as well.

Very nice clean room, quiet and stylish, big comfy bed, overlooking large well kept gardens with chairs for our use. Good coffee machine. Nice host. Private parking.

- Big problem locating property. No name or address number on property. After a full day's drive, we had to spend at least 30 minutes enquiring at the tourist office and of a neighbour, to locate it. - No TV in room and no WiFi. Only one bedside table and lamp. - Maybe the host might have warned in advance that all local restaurants are closed on a Wednesday night, so we could have ordered a meal from him.

Breakfast was the best part if the stay. I enjoyed the fresh baked goods and fruits. The host made me feel like a king. Very relaxing setting with comfortable courtyard and outdoor seating. The room and other facilities were spotless, fresh and comfortable. The extra guest touches made the visit feel like a fine resort.
