Good location, close to the beach, seaport and shops. We received another room than booked (smaller, with no sitting area, but still big enough) but with bigger balcony and kind of a sea view, comfortable king bed and big bathroom with two sinks :) The host was ok, he helped us with some recommendations in the area, and was unhesitating to solve minor inconveniences.

The place was full of smashed unremoved mosquitoes on the walls, ceilings and on TV (mosqito net only in the bathroom, but there was a repellent device available in the room). The duvet was stained, even found some pretty long hair threads (2) on the sheet under the blanket, the freezer was so full of frost that it couldn't stay closed, the stove hood extremely dirty, the internet connection very poor, most times non-existent. There was only one socket near every side of the bed, so you either have night light or charge your phone, no other socket available except in the bathroom. There was no dish soap in the first day, but we received one after asking. We didn't apreciate the host rigidity to check-out not a minute later than 10:00 am (we wanted to leave our packed things like an hour or two over 10am while we take a last dip in the sea). Not the most relaxing experience

I was wowed as soon as the owner showed us the room - it was even nicer than in the pictures! King size comfy bed, fully equipped kitchenette, spacious bathroom, a desk/table for those who may need to work…and everything was in good taste. Oh and the balcony is so great that you can pretty much spend the whole day there (though there are some really nice sandy beaches to check out nearby). Make sure you try the breakfast there - you will definitely feel royal ;) Last but not least, the owners are super nice and accommodating. I would love to go back!

Everything was great! The room was cozy and very clean, just like on the pictures! The big plus is thd location, in the center of Pakoštane, just near fhe beach, store, restaurants and caffe bars! Lanlord Ana was super kind and sympathetic! We even checked in earlier as we asked so I highly recomend Villa Lena and we'll come back for sure!

The convenience, cleanliness, the breakfast, the space , the views, the host. It was all perfect. A great restaurant 50 m away.

It's not the properties issue but we chose one of the most popular times to visit Pakoštane, mid-July. We'll be back but May, June or September.

Very friendly & helpful host. Room was perfect for us as a couple. The accommodation was in a quite area although the centre is in 100 meters or so as well as a beach. You can find a sandy beach nearby too. All in all we had a great stay in Villa Lena.

We really liked the studio. Wonderful interier, everything is new. Very nice and kind hosts,. The apartma is acctually near the center, near the store. Beach is not far away.

The balcony was a small with view to the road. The cooking plate is small (2 plates).

We stayed in the studio apartment for few nights. The place is very pretty and comfortable (completely inline with the pics). It’s close to the beaches and restaurants, free parking just in front of the apartment. David was very kind and waited for us even we needed to check in pretty late. Great location, close to the beach and to city center shops and activities but far enough to be quiet. Newly renovated and fully furnished studio with reserved parking spot. Great accommodation and nice host
