Flöckner is about 10 minutes from Salzburg Hbf. It’s an older building, but the rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. The owners have taken time and effort to make your stay the best. The owners and staff are very professional and make the time to ask if everything is to your satisfaction during the stay (not at the end) which is a nice touch. I’d recommend Flöckner to anyone travelling to Salzburg.
The hallways need a little more decoration and lighting.

Great, quiet location. Very nice staff. Excellent breakfast and pictures reflect exactly what can you expect in the room/ hotel. Hotel was is easy to find and park the car. If you don’t mind walking 15 minutes to the old town, this location is for you - of course there was a bus option, but we have enjoyed getting lost in the neighbourhood and admire local architecture and stores.

Sehr sauberes geräumiges Zimmer, alles neu und modern. Sehr herzliche Empfang. Leckeres Omelett zum Frühstück. Entsprach absolut der Beschreibung, wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden wieder kommen.

The friendliness of the staff and the spacious room were brilliant.
They have very good curtains for the windows, but the door has a window in it letting us enjoy the sunrise at 5h30 :-s

Everything about this B and B is fantastic.
A short walk from Salzburg Hauptbahnhof makes it ideal if you are travelling by train.
The rooms are spotlessly clean and very well maintained on a daily basis.
But it is the host Martin and his wonderfully friendly and attentive staff that make this place truly exceptional.
On top of all that they provide a superb breakfast that would put many a five star establishment to shame.
I would definitely recommend staying here.

The room was very clean and newly renovated and very quiet. They provided a travel crib for my daughter and had a high chair also for us every morning. The breakfast was also very good, eggs cooked how you want each morning!
It was only a 10 min walk from the Main train station and an easy 15 minute walk into town.

the non-smoking room reeked of smoke and the staff did not offer any solution. the bottoms floor rooms are close to the main entrance and you could hear people being buzzed in and walking by late at night.

The breakfast exceeded our expectations from the facility. It is better than most 3-4 star franchise hotel chains. The staff is really nice and friendly. The room we stayed in is spacy. The location of the hotel is very close to the city center and the train station.
all was well and I honestly couldn´t think of a specific improvement area.

Spacious, clean, comfortable room, with double door which means very quiet. Nicest staff that are super helpful and most accommodating. We had to get going early in the morning before the normal breakfast is served. They packed up a wonderful breakfast for us to take it to go.

Very spacious accommodation.
The room was perfectly clean and there is a kitchen facility as well! The shower is working perfectly, and you will have a good quiet sleep. The breakfast is great (the egg dish was superb). The owner of the hotel will welcome you in a warm hospitality. Flockber B&B provide a hotel level service.
We stayed in the middle of the summer, and I personally didn’t mind because I like the warm weather (and room) but the building was always warm even in the night while the surrounding got cool down. Not uncomfortable but it was warm.
It was fine for us but you need to use the stairs (no lift).

The B&B was perfect for our needs-one night stay between Croatia and Germany. It is located in a quiet area, with a park+playground nearby, in short walking distance to Salzburg's main interest points. The room was very clean and comfortable, Herr Flöckner and his staff were very nice and welcoming.
The B&B provides what it advertises, so no negative comments. It was perfect for an overnight stay in Salzburg.
