The buffet breakfast was good but a bit too expensive.

Lovely rooms in a delightful old building. Breakfast was varied and ample and staff helpful. We would stay again.

Rooms were huge and very nice, lots of space and bathrooms renovated and new, easy check in and out and staff was friendly.

Street parking was sometimes difficult to find during peak times.

Location is perfect! The room was clean and size was perfect. Very friendly staff during check in/out.

Bed was not so comfortable and during the morning we could hear the neighbors moving around so it was very hard to sleep (Our room was next to the common area for dinning)

The room was clean, spacious and comfortable, close to downtown. The host colleague was very cute and prepared.

Our apartment was on a busy road above a grocery store. There was a lot of noise in the evening due to the cars and motorbikes and the freight in the morning.

Location of and access to apartment were excellent. Staff went out of their way to be helpful and informative, especially Helena and Ignazio. They helped with luggage and Ignatzio personally attended to a problem and created the solution. The apartment was well appointed, fitted out and comfortable. Will use them again.

Shower in # 17 Terra was too small for anyone overweight. Toasting facility was inadequate and needs an electric toaster.

Was upgraded to an Executive room in Palazzo Favacchio, beautifully restored and refurbished to the highest standards, including the marble staircases and ceiling frescoes. The room and bathroom were both spacious and well equipped. A five-minutes walk to the main sites in and around Via Francisco Mormina Penna. An excellent buffet breakfast was served in the palazzo.

first of all, we believe that there is a serious misleading issue regards the type of rooms shown on Booking.com, we booked this property mainly for the room in that beautiful stone look style (it seems that kind of room is located in a property differ from what we got), the issue is when you try to select room types, you firstly see that beautiful stone style room shown in the ‘cheapest’ room type section, obviously there are 56 photos in that cheapest section, photos of the ‘actual’ room what you will get has been mixed in those 56 photos (not like the first or the second photo, you have to swipe for a bit to see them). We were quite shocked and confused when the host showed us the room, but we tried to like it. To be fair the actual type of the room is fine, we don’t mind the style (someone put review describes it as old grandmother’s house), we just don’t like the feeling of been misled. We reviewed the ‘room details’ via Booking.com to see what we actually booked, but the photos were just as the same confusing (a mixture of stone style look and grandmothers style look of rooms). And people actually complained about it in the past (you can read them in the reviews if needed), but it seems the hotel doesn’t think that is an ISSUE. How hard could that be to just organize your room types on the booking platform ? If there are two different buildings then you must make it crystal clear to your potential clients because misleading causes unpleasant experience and low scores, I suppose you won’t like that neither? We don’t mind to pay for a little bit more to get what we admire for and looking forward to, that’s why we feel upset. secondly, the room we got is located on a slightly hidden lane, where we believe that highly possible to be the drinking and smoking spot for the local youth group. We literally smelled weed at 24:00, and we had to suffer from their screaming, shouting and drunken laughter for hours while trying to get some sleep after a long day.
