Good sides of the Hotel: The staff is very good they do their best for customers, especially the internet guy who helps me a lot while having trouble connecting to the internet. Clean: hotel and rooms are very clean, and housekeeping works very well. Comfort: Hotel is comfortable beds and rooms. Good for F/P If ı will come to Dar Es Salaam, yes I want to come and stay at this hotel with my own Nutella and Ethernet cable.

bad sides of the hotel: Outside Noise , The hotel is at the center of the city, so around is noisy especially the blue buses with their big horns are very Noisy and they pass near the hotel from 5 am to 21 pm and the street sellers also make noise. Breakfast is fine but if Nutella is finished then they don't put some Nutella more, and they give a very little amount. The croissants and other pastries were stale, probably from the store and served. Wifi: That is horrible, there is wifi signal with 1 or 2 levels and when you connect you cant use it, you keep disconnecting every time. You should get your ethernet cable so you can connect well. but you need to get a long cable for using your laptop in the bed otherwise you should sit at the table to connect to the internet.

The staff were really helpful and accommodating esp for my PCR test. The location was also great as it is in the city center, everything is walking distance. The restaurant at the 2nd floor was simple but they serve delicious food and good prices.

The internet is weak in my room, I used my data instead. The water in the shower was also not getting warm despite my feedback.

The Room was very big and very comfortable.

The location was not very nice, not ideal for tourist.

Big hotel in the city center, with all the services. Room was huge and clean, bathroom was also nice with a lot of toiletries.

Minor problems in the bathroom (water was sometimes too hot, it was hard to regulate the temperature). The place is still highly recommendable.
