there was 1 glass,water and cup even though the booking was for 2 people

Nice spacious clean room with air conditioning. Breakfast was good and well served. Plenty of choice.

Restaurant closed, no availability for meals in the evening. Closed except for breakfast. Bar closed. The swimming pool is a very small plunge pool, access is round the back of buildings, dirty and not really usable.

Very nice room, easy to get to! Excellent front desk staff. Mandy who checked us in was great! She showed us to our room, helped us order room service, checked that all was working in the room.Got us a bag of Ice. They offered a take away breakfast in the morning. Recommend the Executive rooms, they are within a gated parking area. You park right outside your room , very secure and easy to move your luggage from your car to room. Room had shower and tub and Satellite TV, unfortunately the TV was difficult to hear.

When entering town we were targeted by some thieves. They told us the town was closed and told us to detour, said we had to buy a pass to get to the Hotel. We initially followed their directions to a parking lot.When we were told to follow them into an alley we said no and left! This rouse has been done to other tourists and they were robbed! The hotel confirmed this had happen to other guest!

The Wi-Fi wasn’t working but the manager went out of her way to help us

The location is very nice it’s central to most things. it was clean.

The bedding is so old, the duvet was so thing and the room itself was just so small. I feel there are B&Bs that are so much better and way cheaper. I’m so disappointed it was just not value for money. Over priced for nothing

The exec room was big bed comfortable and the mini office desk loved it

The was a smell from the toilet at night from the drain I guess was not pleasant at all
