Location fantastic and loved watching and hearing the parrots at dusk from the trees opposite the balcony and watching the bats go by. The balcony was great

Sofa bed was as hard as rocks and you could feel all the springs.

Close to everything I want. Bed was very comfortable. Staff great. I will stay again.

Great location with a very comfortable bed. Great amenities - everything we needed. Staff were great and when we left an item behind after we checked out they were quick to respond and very helpful.

Great set up with lounge, large kitchen and bathroom. Friendly staff. 5 minutes walk to the beach and shopping strip.

It was actually a bit cold in the unit at this tome of year as it didn’t get direct sunlight and there was no heating. I had to put an extra doona on at night.

location was great, layout was great but getting dated needs a refresh. bed was soo comfortable.

the steps to get out of the shower over the shub were easy to slip off so risky. Paint peeling on walls just a general refresh. Wi-Fi was patchy and instructions for logging on didnt work. would be nice to have a bbq on the private roof top decks

Great location, refreshed room with plenty of space, friendly staff. Older style building but has been refreshed and has a mix of permanent residesnts and holiday stays.

Wifi was awful, dropped in and out and very weak signal. Made it difficult to work from the hotel.

Everything you’d ever need is available. Location is great. Bed comfortable. Unit very clean & tidy.

Only something minor, would have been good to have a few extra towels. 2 guests, only 2 standard sized towels. Would have been helpful to have another 2 smaller towels for hair etc.

Great location, walking distance to nearby restaurants at the Wharf and short drive to most places around Mooloolaba. The top floor room was quiet and peaceful, and very spacious. Though there is no air con in the bedrooms, the fan was very powerful and sufficient to stay cool during early March. We stayed during the Mooloolaba Triathlon weekend and found it close enough to the transition area but not affected by the road closures for the triathlon.

We did not mind the stairs, however would not recommend for those who find it difficult to walk up stairs. It was three flights of stairs up to the top floor, with no lift option.

Friendly easy check in, great communication.

Was excited to get rooftop room but didn't check it was only stair access but that was my own realisation. The addition of a garage was great as could leave things downstairs.
