- No elevator - Airco did not work and there was no staff present at the hotel to ask for assistance - It says WiFi info is in the room but it is not (luckily it’s an unsecured network so we could just connect, but don’t say there are instructions when there aren’t any) - No lock on toilet door - There is no separate room for the shower — you literally step out of the shower into the sleeping area right next to the bed, no bathmat provided, and the door to the shower is not entirely opaque. This whole setup was awkward since I was sharing a room with my dad. I had to essentially dry off and get dressed while still inside of the shower. Also the shower head is mounted extremely high on the wall and not adjustable - Housekeeping knocked on the door at 7:55 in the morning while we were still sleeping, we thought that was very early, especially since check out isn’t until 11 - Breakfast was dismal, and we paid €10 a person. I understand it’s a budget hotel, but a few slices of cheap lunch meat and cheese is not worth €10, MAYBE €5, but even then the quality of what little food there was was awful, rubbery cheese somehow and the coffee from the machine even with milk and sugar was so bitter it was undrinkable. We stopped at a gas station in the neighborhood on the way out and could have gotten a full meal for a third of the price there - All in all not nearly worth the €100 I paid altogether. If I book budget and budget is what I receive then that is fine, but then I expect to pay budget prices

We needed parking, and Ibis has no problem with that at all. The room was quiet, but that's only because there was probably no one on our floor at all. The price is reasonable, if you don't consider the distance from the center and the condition of the rooms.

Everything in the room is very old. The toilet cannot be closed from the inside. The shower is a small plastic capsule almost directly in the room: you can see that the building did not provide showers in this form and they were attached somehow. The bed was very uncomfortable. It takes about half an hour to get to the center by foot. You can't count on the bus or tram, because it's still a long walk to the station. It blows from under the window, because it is badly built into the wall, but fortunately the heating is normal.

Simple, all basic standards kept on very good level, tidy, clean, easy, relevant for short stay.

Very convenient location between the autobahn and city centre. Hotel was clean and quiet and offered a good continental breakfast.

Even their resevation department could call them because the reception do not pick up the phone

Breakfast finished at 9am. It’s too early for the families who plan to drive long distance half of the night when kids are peacefully sleep in the car.

The room was clean, small, but it worked for a short stay. The room had air conditioning too. We tried the breakfast one morning and it was good. We were aware that there wasn't an elevator, and the room was small, but that didn't bother us.

The layout has the shower in the room, so if double occupancy and privacy is an issue, be warned. The hotel is in a very commercial area, but it was quiet at night.

I am very pleased with my stay. value for money but also professional customer service. The receptionist was very friendly and made our stay memorable.

The room was clean, the breakfast good, all was fresh and everybody can fins something to eat. The paring in the front of the hotel is big. Staff was very friendly. The city center is about 30 minutes walk.

Late check in (15 o'clock)- it's impossible to come early and leave the bags in the reception so it's the hotel only for 1 night, no more and you have to be there on afternoon. If you come early all will be closed.
