Mouldy walls Front door handle fell off Sketchy part of town Didn’t supply us with door or gate code for after hours entry.

The bed sheets were clean Easy few minutes from the airport

The website offered free shuttle to and form airport but when requested the service, the hotel said they stopped the service. The wifi which was included in the booking fees - password did not work The desk hours is only 10 am - 4pm. So troubleshooting the wifi access wasn’t possible The toilets and the room were unclean. Blood stains on the toilet walls. Not even a chair to sit in the living room - only beds The kitchenette had no facilities for coffee/ tea making. Overall, poor value for money - $166 charged by booking.com for the night stay. Whereas the updated room rates based on recent reviews, for the duration of the stay was only $125 on booking.com Booking.com should refund the excess. Overall, very ordinary place - very sorry to give such a feedback but happy to be honest Happy to produce photos to booking.com if requested

Very old, bathroom was so smelly. Air conditioning was noisy.

The restaurant wasn't open for dinner. The aircon in the room did not work at all despite changing batteries in remote. The bathroom vent didn't work and there were cockroaches visible running around. I did not expect the Hilton for the price that I paid, however $170.00 is still a high price for what I got.

We didn't like anything about this place . It is definitely the worst Motel we have ever booked. Sadly I should have check the reviews before I booked.

This place is in need of a major clean up Firstly the beds roll and are very uncomfortable. 👎 The rooms could cleaner. We had hot showers the first night but the 2nd night and next morning only cold water. Children running around till late into the nights. Very noisy No one to be found, Office is locked. They must have rooms booked for permanent people. Not the most desirable area Booking.com should take it off the list

Clean rooms

No hot water when checked in multiple people complaining. Was advised that one of there cars had been broken into and security gate left open overnight. Hole in roof in room covered with bandade

Very noisy due to constant road noise alone James St. Train line at back of property, trains only during the day which was good. Room clean put could use a new coat of paint and the mould on the verandas walls overlooking road did not look very nice.
