Room was so lovely, overlooking the square. Food was nice, staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. Lovely breakfast. Parking onsite. I was already familiar with the hotel as have eaten here before, but it was first time I've stayed, and I would definitely stay again.

Location nice, easy to find, would be good in summer as lot of outdoor space. Room was clean, good coffee/tea provision Good 3G signal, didn’t need the wifi

Room was generally not as advertised. No bath-as listed. Was listed as soundproofed - but woken hourly by clock tower somewhere chiming, kept awake by a neighbouring room talking for hours, and could hear people above walking about. TV was mounted very high and was the size of a large laptop - not really possible to watch properly. Satellite channels were listed as available - but were not Bathroom was very small, toilet was almost against the wall making it difficult to use, shower was so small not possible to even wash feet without opening the door to bend, nothing like a shelf in shower to put anything on, had to shower with door open and put stuff on floor outside, then mop up the water with a spare towel! Door to room had large gap all around- should be a fire door! Inside extra door lock broken. Lots of light coming into room around curtains. Car park was very tight. Out of 4 car chargers, only two were switched in and a large van was parked right in front of it for the duration of our stay, making it difficult get close enough to use at all. Breakfast only starting at 8.00, bit too late for business travel, possibly suited more to leisure.

Breakfast was amazing. Room was new and superclean. Staff was super accomodating and friendly. Great location. Great outdoor setting for a drink as well.

Room size, Bathroom size was a bit tight but because brand new easily overlooked. A bit of noise from pub downstairs but not bad and that was fine as no noise after closing time.

I loved everything about this hotel, the staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and everything was perfect.

The only bad thing I can say is that they need to update the tea/ coffee machine in the breakfast room. The drinks were cold, even when it worked.

Rooms were very pleasant . New clean and modern . Bed was comfortable . Lovely bathroom with toiletries tissues provided . Rooms were very small though

Fantastic stay at a dog-friendly hotel near St Davids Cathedral in Wales. The room was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful garden view. The food at the restaurant was delicious, and our furry friend was welcome too! We highly recommend staying here and can't wait to return. Plus, the cathedral is just a stone's throw away!
