Instalaciones viejas, cortinas presentaban moho, lavamanos un poco deteriorados, el asensor viejo

La habitación está limpia, las camas son buenas y hay agua caliente siempre (por lo menos cuando lo necesite)

El ascensor no para de cerrar cuando le metes la mano, hay que tener cuidado

In general the location and the cleanliness, the hotel is real good, better than other around there.

The staff are a little bad with the people. They look like have a bad day.

Good location

It's not a 4-star hotel as it was announced, the lobby/reception is spacious but the rooms are basic, like for a 1 or 2 star hotel. It's not super comfortable, there's one power socket which is above the bed in the middle (where the lamp is as well...), which is very unusual, and not comfy. There should be two on the sides. There's no a/c nor a fan (they weren't in the description but still for a 4-star hotel it should be there. The rooms are small and you can hear everything from the corridor. It's generally old and needs refubrishment.
