Entrance at night was dark as the light in stair did not work.

This apartment was in a perfect location on a quiet street in the heart of the city. I loved the balcony overlooking the city from the 9th floor. The flat is very homey with wood floors and eclectic furniture. Bathroom is modern and there is plenty of space for your belongings. The mattress was super comfortable and it was a joy just lying on it. I have officially made this my go to place when in Kiev. Fine Family across the street is a bonus as it adds to the ambience.

Accommodation next to the main square. Very nice apartment with everything we needed! Strong wifi and perfect balkony for evening chill! The communication with the agency was really good. Surely recommend for staying!

Good location.

It was not worth the price we paid. Everything was cheap - cheap and not usable toilet paper, cheap and really bad shampoo and shower gel. Internet was not working. Room is dated. For the price they charge there should be more quality ensured.

Location is perfect. Flat is enough for a comfy staying. air condition, wi-fi, utensils in kitchen are useful.

Sheets and pillows are too old they strongly need to be renewed. In the flat explanation they say there is a balcony but its not in use because of the safety condition.

Location is great, room and kitchen size are decent, having sofa and fully equipped kitchen was great as well.

Air-conditioner was moderately cool, not cold and was auto-switching-off after ~1h of work.

In the third floor No elevator, furniture is a bit old

The location was excellent. Very quiet at night but only a couple of minutes to St Sophia and Maidan Square. The flat was a great size, plenty of hot water and a washing machine. A cleaner came weekly which was really well received. There was a supermarket very close in the globus shopping centre and a couple of small corner shops too. I would highly recommend and will stay again in the future.

The exterior of the building needs some repair work and having to pay most of it in cash on the day.

They respond quickly. friendly English speaking staff. Apartment was clean you can find whatever is necessary for your stay. 2-3 mins to center you can pretty much go anywhere by foot. Apartment has a nice balcony it's important if you are smoking.

They have many apartments and location shown on booking was different than our apartment but it was very close.we had trouble to find but they helped and picked us from where we were

Great location, the kitchen is nice with all you need to prepare simple meals. It has good sound proof and quiet but just a few minutes walk from the centre of Kiev. Supermarket a few minutes walk, shopping centre Globus 3 minutes walk. The room is ok with cable tv and a sofa. It matches the photos in booking.com. They speak very good english.

The bed is not confortable, hard mattress.

Beautiful apartment located in the very center on Mala Zhytomyrska St. great location and very spacious. Kitchen is equipped with plates and cutlery which is useful. Working washing machine meant we could wash our clothes the week we were there.

The only things we found inconvenient was the blinds in the bedroom don’t cover the huge windows. We were awake at 5am every morning because of this as our son would wake as soon as it was light. If these are replaced by full blinds and curtains, this apartment is perfect.

Localization is great! Amazing view on Maidan Square. Apartment is well equipment, with air con. Area is safe, near to shops, restaurants. Apartment is located near main streets but it's quiet. Higly recommend!

Entrance isn't in front of building

The pluses far outweigh the minuses. Location, space, unobtrusive ness, cleanliness and value for money the highlights. Two minutes to supermarket, pubs, cafes, shopping centre and restaurants, says it all. Unless you are a business person on expenses, why would you book a hotel when you can have much more space and equal comfort in one of the apartments. Well recommended, first time or repeat.

Stairway was a little full of dead insects, but to be expected with advent of warm weather. Lift is small if more than a couple of people, especially with luggage.
