They just have buffet... But people do not always want to have that food... Some basic snacks/appetisers should be available on ala carte basis...

Hotel should also have room service and alacarte option.. they charge very high for buffet which is not recommended. And since its far from main Lonavala, one dont have option. It's unfair deal Bathrooms were not clean and hpto the mark.

The uphill road....it's a disastrous patch....the rooms are okay.....the restaurant exorbitant...it's a 2 star property

Food charges are very high. Park is very small.

A great place to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Rooms had good views of the lake.

Overall update to the room is required, the sofa was way to low and lumpy. Pillows could be better.

we booked the cottage rooms but it wasn’t that clean as expected and even the washrooms were not clean would recommend to keep rooms and toilet fresheners

The only USP of this so called resort is it's location

This is an antique, old and outdated lodge. It's a shame that they call their place a resort. The rooms stink and the interior is outdated. Mattress and blankets were dirty and stinking as well. These people are looting patrons and not having ala-cart menu in their outdated resturant. They are well aware that gu St can not step out of the resort and are forcing them to have their filthy buffet which they charge A good 1200rs +GST per person. The staff is pathetic and have absolutely no empathy towards their guest. After spending 14K, I was put up in filthy room, which was not even close to a 3rd grade lodge. Overall had an horrible experience and would advise people to not fall for the fake and old pictures which are posted on booking.com to lure guest to thier pathetic place. Better to avoid and give a miss to this horrible place.

cleanliness and location

Food. lunch was ok breakfast was good but dinner was pathetic. Per person charged lot for set menu but quality of food and taste was not at all good at the time of dinner. Me and my wife hardly had anything at the time of dinner.

Excellent location of the property although the last leg of the access road is very poor and narrow. Food was very good. Breakfast was included in the plan and had a good variety.

Rooms were of average quality and decor/amenities. Only a FEW Deluxe Rooms HAVE A GOOD VIEW. Others overlook another room. For a good view , you have to book a cottage at extra cost. High tea was with a cup of tea and a few biscuits only. There's no room service or morning bed tea. The paid buffet meals were a bit pricey. The young and fair Manager at the reception did not bother to look up and enquire about our stay and welcome for the next time again at the time of checking out. A lump sum TIP was handed over at the Reception for the entire staff , however the security staff remarked that nothing trickles down to them ?

Perfect place to relax and de stress!

Everything 1- Dirty rooms 2- Dirty bathroom 3- No room service 4- Staff very very unfriendly 5- Dint provide with Packaged water in the start. Had to request them 10 times for this 6- Food was not upto the mark 7- Fridge was dirty 8- Water kettle super dirty with fungus 9- Will never ever visit this nor recommemd anyone to visit. Wish i could rate in negative. It would be -100

I have no complaint about staff, as they were doing what was told to them.

There is only buffet available, this wasn't conveyed to me when I booked. They charge 1000 per person per meal reason is Room Service is not available because of Covid, but in the dining hall more than 50 sit together and eat breakfast, lunch and dinner. Liquor charges are 3 times of the normal, higher costs then most of the Five Star facilities. With similar costs I would have booked better hotel.

Rooms are not that great for the price charged.. Resort is interiors with bad road connectivity, lunch and dinner not included in package, expensive stay.
