I think my room had a sewer drainage leak. it had an unpleasant smell from the toilet all the time

friendly staff, nice atmosphere, well set up for business needs, good breakfast, nice cafe. gym was a bit small but well equipped.

it would be better if it had a pool!

- Location is excellent - Business lounge was quiet, good wifi, and wonderful staff - All the staff at the hotel were very welcoming and friendly - Hotel Manager was very helpful and sorted out issues promptly - Spa and Gym were excellent features - Shuttle / ordering cars was easy - Hotel restaurant Chef was very accommodating and friendly, all the staff there were great - Cafe Tomoca is a nice feature with great coffee and pastries

check in was very slow about 40 min only one customer in front of me if you want to order anything to your room you have to wait ages at least 45 min reception very simple and poor I will not come back again not worth it

Okay, it's the Radisson. So I have Radisson expectations: cleanliness, attentive staff, fast internet, facilities, great breakfast. And it had all of that. The interior spaces are fabulous.

First, the shower could use some extra holders to hold all of the stuff I bring into the shower. A small thing that makes a difference to me. The airport shuttle was not there to collect me. I later learned that they were running late (like at least 40 minutes late because that's how long I hung around looking for them before taking a taxi). I guess these things happen, but when they do they should send an Email or a phone message to let the passenger know. I will say that reception took note of my complaint, sent up a nice snack tray for free, gave me a free breakfast, and otherwise pampered me to assuage my potential irritation! Kudos.

Food was awful. Did not seem professional setup.
