El hotel es excepcional, pero nos han cobrado una noche de más, que aún estamos intentando que nos devuelvan el dinero (sin éxito)

I need to make a complaint about this Hotel Sheraton Addis Ababa Ethiopia. Booking. com my Booking confirmation was $275 Sherston charge me$399. I need to know why. they say it s service charge and tax.

The staff at the hotel were friendly and very helpful.

We were denied access to the 4th floor lounge which was upsetting.

The hotel has good facilities and a high level of security

Accommodation prices are high compared to international hotels of the same brand, and the furniture is old and needs renovation. It does not have a barber shop (for women or men), and the gym is closed. What bothered me the most is the room service, they need to ask permission before entering.

THE HOTEL IS VERY SECURED, CLEAN, BIG COMPOUND, NICE VIEW OF ADDIS ABABA, DIPLOMATIC AND INTERNATIONAL STANDARD HOTEL.....
