Breakfast was good. The location is excellent.

The room was very norse: I could hear my neighbours conversationele as well as the use of toilet in the room next to me. The furniture was shabby. Only one not firm chair. The drawers of the cabinet didn’t close well.

Our room was very clean, the bed comfortable and had a lovely view. The fruits, salmon and omelets at breakfast were delicious, however, as it is outside, I would recommend the hotel to buy some heating lamps as otherwise, having breakfast outside at 20 degrees celsius isn’t that enjoyable.

the pools and the view were phenomenal. coffee maker in room (we are early risers) plus sleepy time tea for bed time! breakfast was incredible. the staff were so helpful in organizing tours and taxis etc

it was a bit far from town and tough to get around without a car.

The breakfst was fantastic with a varied selection catering to all tastes. Location was extraordinary set on the side of a hill bside a tumbling mountain stream. The gardens around the property were spectacular featuring many little spots to sit among the flowers and watch the humming birds.Location was a bit far from Boquete town centre necesssitating a taxi back and forth

Nice place to stay in Boquete with great views from the garden and swimming pool/Jaccuzzi! Good continental breakfast buffet compared to others we had in Panama. Friendly staff who helped us book a coffee tour which was good.

Some of the rooms are very dark. Bed not so comfortable.

Amazing breakfast! Hot tube outside with the view of the volcano is spot on. All and all perfect accommodation.

The view from the jacuzzi and the pool is out of this world. Nice garden with loads of humming birds. Good breakfast, but not too much to choose from. The ventilation of the room was surprisingly good, so it was not bothering at all not to have air conditioning. Laundry+drying service was also great, it costs 15$ for a load.

The staff was beautiful, we went there with our dog and he could roam around freely with no issues. The gardens are beautiful and the breakfast view is lovely. The room is very comfortable.

The ONLY thing I would rate poorly, was the shower temperature... they only had really hot water like once... the rest of the time, we had to take sort of cold showers. And the breakfast was okay, the eggs were not that good, but the coffee was wonderful...

A beautiful location with sweeping views and the sound of the river to lull you to sleep. The gardens are beautiful and the jacuzzi overlooking river and mountains is great. The included breakfast is compete and delicious. Great coffee!

Rooms are not super well insulated from noise from neighbors. Can hear your next door neighbor talking even if not loud.

We arrived late.. room ok though more for family .. a little spartan. Misty mysterious weather. Facilities somewhat eccentric.Bed ok. Mature gardens. Breakfast ok.

Not good value - far from town - weather cool - no ambience or feeling of welcome. Hot water a long time to circulate and become warm. Cushions and sofa stained and feeling of neglect and without a special touch. Impersonal. Cooker disconnected. We did arrive late and had to leave at 8am. It was in and out though we didn’t feel we would return..

We had a great stay at Pali Alto. Our room had a Mountain View and we enjoyed the sounds of the birds and nearby stream. The mattress was perfect as was the shower. We loved the jacuzzi and pool; really a nice addition to our stay. Make sure you sign up for them, as that is their procedure to ensure distancing, etc. Breakfast…..delicious, and they even offered a mimosa or Bloody Mary. We didn’t have one, but it is the little extras like that make a place above the rest. Staff was friendly and helpful.

No complaints really……maybe that the price was a bit lower so we could go there more often.
