Scarsa pulizia, rifacimento camera non tutti i giorni, lavello intasato e non stabile, doccino della doccia da tenere in mano perché rotto, vetri doccia indecenti, carta igienica da chiedere ogni giorno, colazione scarsa alle 10 già senza frutta, allestimento colazione poco pulito, orario inizio colazione 8.30, per chi parte per escursioni assurdo, reception sempre vuota tranne la sera, il ragazzo presente delle 18.00 alle 23.00 gentilissimo e disponibile. Era presente davanti all’ingresso della stanza un letto pieghevole completamente macchiato di giallo e sporco, direi che non ci tornerei, peccato !

Excellent property right at the heart of Urgup with access to everything. They also organized tours that we wanted. They were very accommodative and made the whole stay pleasant. We made good memories for life!

Location and reception staff were good. We felt very safe on the property. The bed was very comfortable

Lack of wardrobe and shelving space. More coathangers would have been appreciated. The room was very dusty. The shower head needed maintenence. The room did not match the awesome photos on their booking.com site - it was "worn". The extra cushions on the bed needed the covers to be repaired or replaced.

The manager of the property was really nice and accommodating.

No fruit at breakfast buffet, the room is just ok.

Besides the beautiful room we loved the private courtyard lush with trees and grapevine. We spent a lot of time sitting at the tables and visiting. The traditional breakfast was delicious and had many vegan options. Staff was friendly. The on-site tour coordinator gave us some helpful hints.

The coffee was not great, although the tea was excellent.
