La chambre donnant sur l intérieur était assez calme

Pleins de choses sont cassés ou branlant dans la chambre et surtout dans la salle de bain ! Le lit double ce sont 2 lits collés !
C’est pas très propre !
J’ai passé 1 nuit pour faire une transition de 2 hôtel, je ne serais pas resté plus !

basic amenity (dental kit, hair dryer etc should be provided instead of upon request). there were a light unpleasant smell at the shower area, otherwise everything was alright.

Ground floor rooms have no privacy as the pool is right there so the curtains need to be closed all the time.

All was perfect, the location, room by the swimpool, spa time and Irma on reception was so kind and help me about all info i needed. Definitely coming back there next time.

The location was super convenient to all the nearby restaurants and shops. The beach was only a very short stroll away.

Hotel was very responsive and helpful with any questions. Staff always went above and beyond, remembered our names and helped me surprise my husband for his birthday. Pool was very well kept and refreshing after a long day.

The staffs were awesome. They try within their capacity to accommodate to us. The room quite spacious. We had the pool access room which was just at our door. They connect us to bike rental without overcharging ridiculous rate.
The toilet need to be cleaner and amenities such as floor rug and toothbrush should be included without asking. Our tv weren't working and not abt to connect to the internet for Netflix on the rainy day that we stayed indoor. The gym is close. Breakfast is set men

Fantastic location, comfortable room, friendly staff, great breakfasts, nice pool.
The hotel really needs better maintenance. Hot water and a/c issues were dealt with, but the flaking plaster littering the corridors, blown off by the wind, is a constant issue. Also, when the weather outside is dreadful, please switch the lights on in the lobby to make it more cheerful!
