Staff were above and beyond friendly and helpful. Gym was amazing - large and well-equipped. Pool was beautiful and lots of room - just noting it is slightly cold, but still a beautiful spot to laze in the sun and paddle in. Spa is amazing - highly recommend the deep tissue massages. The room I had was huge with 2 chaises in the room, a huge king bed as well as balcony with another chaise. The bathroom was large also with a big shower and bath which was much appreciated. It's a few steps from a gelato shop, convenience stores, ATMs and just 15mins walk from a huge range of delicious cafes and on Sunday, you're literally across the road from the La Brisa Sunday market. I can't wait to come back and stay here!

The traffic to get from the airport to the hotel (it took 2 hours unfortunately)- however the return journey was only 1 hr, most likely as it was on a Sunday evening. It's also fairly expensive - but you are getting what you pay for. Only these 2 factors would keep me from staying here again.

The pool, service and restaurant to watch the sunset was fabulous. It was hard to think of anything negative

Not much, only our room with outside shower didn’t have any outlook to pool or greenery. Other rooms do but cost much more.

Great location

Right on beach in Canggu, close to good restaurants etc. great pool, amazing breakfast, toddler enjoyed the kids club, we also got a free upgrade to the garden room which was appreciated! I have since heard the canggu rooms are small so probably would not have booked this had we known. Was great to have a garden room.

Was some maintenance works on whilst we were there but they were not disruptive.

Overall the hotel was a bit outdated. Not great value for the price you pay. There was bad smell most of the days in the hallways and around the hotel. You must add credit to your room beforehand to spend in the restaurant with your room number.

The breakfast was great! We loved the location and it was so comfortable, safe and clean. We really liked the hotel and the gym was fantastic! We would definitely stay here again and cant wait to come back.

The room was a bit smaller than we expected for the money- would have at least expected there to be a table to eat at and a balcony- so that was something we would have liked! We had no other complaints but a pillow choice would have been expected at a hotel like this.

Location is great and staff at breakfast lovely but staff at gym and checkin not so good at English and response on WhatsApp too slow to respond.

The Canggu Room was like being in a box and as other guests have prep mentioned you look at a wall and no balcony. Considering the price and having previously stayed at the Padma in Ubud and the Kempinski in Nusa Dua for a not much more these were far superior. Would not stay again for the price.

Завтраки великолепные с потрясающим видом на океан. Еда в ресторане вкусная. Если вы ищите премиальный отель в Чангу, настоятельно рекомендую!!!

Beach club was amazing all hours swimming and gym were great Were really helpful and so friendly everything happened super efficiently at this property restaurants in a 4km radius were amazing! Canguu is a gourmet’s delight!

The sliding divider panels in the lagoon residence rooms were so thin that you can Hear even the slightest conversation of your neighbors do not get one of these rooms if privacy is your desire ! It is non existent in that Room type and god forbid if your neighbor has young children your holiday will be ruined!

Мне понравилось что отель расположен самое близкое к океану. Очень приветливый персонал. Сделали нам апгрейд номера бесплатно.

Нет собственного пляжа. Есть правда лестница к океану. Но это общественный пляж. Который не чиститься. И иногда там скапливается мусор от океана. И что некоторые постояльцы отеля могли приводить к себе гостей. В основном Балиек. Которые очень часто менялись. Считаю для 5* отеля устраивать в бассейне всеобщее купание не приемлемо. Тем более где есть дети. И на картинке показано один номер. А по факту это оказалась стараясь часть отеля, где был сделан ремонт частично. А основная более лучшего качества. Но нужно было доплачивать за это.

Piękny obiekt z niesamowitą energią . Cały personel bardzo sympatyczny , śniadania obłędne , menu restauracji również pyszne i różnorodne . Cudowna lokalizacja przy samej plaży . Apartamenty przestronne i bardzo wygodne . Świetna lokalizacja , w pobliżu klimatyczne knajpki .

we have stayed here before and just had a night before heading home. it’s always a pleasant spot to stay on the beach, walking distance to many restaurants and bars. The rooms are large and airy with a large balcony, beautiful pools and a perfect breakfast

I love everything about the Como Uma Canggu. The facilities, the staff, the layout, the location. I stay here every time I go to Bali. Love.

Being “beachfront” is what attracted us the the resort, however when in the “beachfront” pool and even on the day beds surrounding the pool you cannot see the beach because of this hedge so you really could be anywhere. Feels overpriced and a bit tired, also no vibes in the resort like no background music playing, staff very slow and feels like it’s very understaffed. Slow to get service.
