Let's start off.. - The price was cheap for the quality of room that you get. - Bus stop is 2min walk away - The staff on arrival were happy and welcoming tip top service. - The room was massive and my gosh the bed was absolutely perfect. - Massive flat screen TV at the end of the bed felt like sleep in your own home theatre. - The bathroom was spacious and clean. - The views (third floor) were very nice with a good view of the surrounding area You will not regret staying.

Can't think of anything was literally the perfect stay.

I was upgraded to the suite, it was spectacular. The bed is super comfy. Got everything I need, no faults really. Really want to go to Brissy just so I can stay at this hotel again haha. Definitely a good pick if you want to stay at a luxe boutique hotel.

When I'm in the living room I can hear people staying in the room across when they're being a bit loud, otherwise no issues.

The location was fantastic, really close to the function I attended.

My room rate was a bit pricey in comparison to my friend who didn't pay as much, but was on a level above me

Drains in bathroom smelt very bad. Moved rooms which was slightly better. Shower over flows onto floor

Location to the event we were attending. Staff was excellent and attentive.

It was really expensive and the continental breakfast was horrible.

We needed a room for the night due to a delayed flight to Cairns, the staff were great, the room was very nice and comfortable.

The mattress was comfortable and the location was accessible to other things in the city. The steak restaurant was wonderful food. Staff were lovely and just helpful.

There was no fitted sheet or doona cover. There was only flat sheets for the bottom and there were flat sheets either side of the doona. That was uncomfortable because the bare mattress and doona were exposed which were not clean. There was also hardly any glassware, such as champagne glasses or forks. The shower head did not work and pressure was weak so that it dripped out only. Besides the restaurant across the street and the barracks area, the rest of the street left something to be wanted. There were abandoned buildings and there were lots of rubbish down the street which made it less appealing

Relatively close to the center, clean room, good bathroom, nice to relax after a long walk around the city, friendly staff

On bunking.com there is a rating of 5 stars, but there were little things because of which I would not give them: badly scratched headboard of the bed, bathrobes had to ask the staff, they were not there initially, toothbrushes were also not there, they were brought, but the brushes were in mold, which was very unpleasantly surprising. There is no complimentary parking, you have to pay extra money to park at the hotel, and the hotel itself is in an area where street parking for more than a certain amount of time will cost money
