Everything. Vanessa and her team were amazing. she was so welcoming and friendly and really couldn’t do enough for you. The room was immaculate and exactly as seen online. Gorgeous views of the bay and really close to the shops and restaurants. Probably my favourite property of the 5 visited on this holiday so far. Stay here and you will not be disappointed.

A beautiful property, with wonderful common areas (large terrace, pool area, multiple indoor areas to relax) and as the name would suggest, amazing views of the ocean and bay. It was extremely clean and tastefully decorated The property was a 5 minute walk to the main road of shops and restaurants and about a 10-15 minute walk down to the beach. The property provided a very comprehensive guide of the area, things to do and restaurants which we used to guide our stay.

The breakfast, whilst tasty, felt a little disorganized and inconsistent. With some tweaks (maybe a menu to select from) it could easily be improved. Due to load shedding at the time, it was warm in the room at night as the fan couldn’t be on and I struggled to sleep. However, I know the property is installing solar panels and to help combat load shedding! This will make it a lovely comfortable sleep.

Elegant but cozy! You get a whole house (to share with just few parties) with several nice lounges to hang out in (TV lounge, lounges with view, etc). Sherry available. Super nice cute little garden and pool. Fantastic views. It felt like we had booked an exclusive holiday home. Vanessa was quick to show us around the house and made sure we felt free to use it all as if it was our own. Wish we had stayed more than one night!

This is a lovely place to stay, with a short and safe walk to many bars and restaurants and great view. Staff are super friendly, and breakfasts were lovely

Fantastic position with great views & easy access to town & beaches. Vanessa & staff were excellent hosts, we had lovely indoor & outdoor areas to enjoy & could park on site.

Our room was rather too small for our long stay ( cabin) but was all that was available at the time of booking.

The place is right out of a catalog. Great attention to design, decor, comfort and you get a view of the bay from your room and the pool area. Vanessa (host) was very accommodating with a late check-in. Keep in mind, this is a bed and breakfast and the last check-in is around 5 pm. This location is very close to restaurants (pizza place within walking distance). The parking space is quite tight, but the host helps you with directions. When in South Africa, remind yourselves that the restaurants close early (relative to options in US), and kitchen closes ever earlier i.e. avoid planning for a late dinner. BTW, given the electricity situation, there are scheduled power cuts - just be prepared.

What a fantastic guest house! The rooms were fantastic and comfortable and the view from the deck/pool area was like it was off a postcard. The staff were friendly and attentive! Vanessa and the team allowed us to have an early check-in which was fantastic! There are so many lovely restaurants within walking distance and incredible excursions locally. The elephant sanctuary and monkeyland were two big highlights for us - both about a 25 minute drive away. The area surrounding the guest house was safe and very scenic. Would definitely stay again! Five stars xxx
