The guesthouse is very well situated. The beautiful and long Robberg Beach is a 15-minute walk away and the Robberg Nature Reserve, which offers three very well signposted, spectacular walks of varying lengths, is a 10-minute drive away. We were very impressed by the size of the terrace belonging to the guest rooms, which offered beautiful views of the mountains and the sea with awesome sunsets. We also enjoyed the solar heated salt water swimming pool. The host couple were extremely dedicated and took great care of their guests. Breakfast was one of the best on our trip of several weeks and was served on the large terrace when the weather was nice. We can highly recommend the Lala Panzi guesthouse.

The view was amazing and the host was absolutely the best. They went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and relaxed. The pools water was at 26'C in the night time which made a late night dip even better. I can find nothing wrong or where to improve on. Even got a welcome drink. Will definitely be back

We stayed in the Elephant Room, spacious, comfortable, and clean. Owners were helpful and welcoming. Lovely garden area and pool. The garden bar is super. Great location with Spar 5/6 minutes walk away. Would definitely stay again if visiting Platt.

Pity AC was not able to be switched on due to power shedding.

Very clean and neat with friendly staff, safe off-street parking and close to a Spar and a few restaurants.

The place is not only beautiful, but also very comfortable. The views are fantastic, the bed sleeps marvelous, the owners are really kind and they give the place a very personal touch. The location is great, save and clean and we had a wonderful stay. We were there during Christmas and although all the nice restaurants were fully booked, the owner arranged a diner for us in a lovely place. Also they arranged the laundry service while it was Christmas... on one word, perfect!

Everything was perfect! Clean, spacious and fully equipped room. The staff are all so lovely and are such an asset to Lala Panzi. Excellent location and everything is close by. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay there again. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful.

Warm welcome. Beautiful views. Lovely bar and pool area.

The bedroom was gorgeous, with massive bathroom and great shower. The breakfast was also very nice, and there was plenty of safe parking.

Sadly, the admin here was not good. Our request for 2 separate beds was not met on our arrival and we had a quite awkward conversation to ensure that the second bed was prepared whilst we were at dinner. The location, although safe enough, was a long way from any restaurants and the (unchecked) advice to go to a nearby eatery (which was fully booked with a wedding) resulted in a return to the property to get the car and find somewhere else at short notice. All our other hosts have helped out by actually booking the restaurant for us! Repeated requests online to pay the final amount were also a nuisance, especially as we had already agreed to pay half the sum on booking, and the second half at the property.

Loadshedding ! It would have been awesome not to have been subjected to the effects of loadshedding when on holiday , that is the only thing which was a major inconvenience - seriously consider investing in solar energy .

Nice accommodation with a private gated car park. Shower was good. location was good. Owner was very friendly and recommended a great place for dinner called Barringtons, which was the best meal we had in South Africa.

New, quiet, extremely clean and set up to perfection. The owners, very nice and welcoming people. Excellent breakfast. We enjoyed every minute of our 3 nights stay

Great location close to Plett centre and Robberg beach and also has a big swimming pool. The owners very kindly gave us a bottle of Prosecco to enjoy as we stayed during our honeymoon! Oat milk and dairy free butter were also provided due to my dietary requirements which was much appreciated.

Breakfast was a little basic but in all fairness we only opted for the cold / cereal options so the hot food would likely have been better! Note that the air con is not in use at the property at the market due to Covid, so rooms do get hot at night.

First and foremost our host, Henrietta, was amazing! So attentive and caring, we felt really at home. I lost my glasses the day we checked in and she gave me a great recommendation for a place to get new ones. The rooms was huge (with a hide balcony as well) and was very comfortable. The breakfast is unbelievable!
