I like the aparthotel concept, so I liked it. I like the room design and cozyness, espresso machine, restaurant and caffe in the lobby. Hotel also had a nice backyard with a terrace.
Nice and polite staff - I liked my stay.
Bus station is in front of the main enntrance so although hotel is not close to Paris center it is easy to get there by bus and then by train or metro.
My room was designed with taste and looked contemporary but it will need little refreshment in the future (several paint chips on the corners of the walls, furniture needs door adjustment and some similar things). It is not big deal but for this reason I gave it 9/10.

No elevator, the entrance is not clear, the self check in machine is always broken and had to drive back to the reception to check in

The room with two beds is so small.
There are no bottles of water in the room.

The size of the apartment was great for a family of 4, good breakfast, good facilities, good carpark, confi beds.
The gym is small, the restaurant is closed in the weekend. Staff shared wrong times for breakfast and we almost miss it.

perfect location, super easy to find location. comfortable for 3 person. Parking at the hotel was available and secure. 30 mins drive to city centre

location okay and secured parking but for extra 10€ a night is a bit expensive
noisy room / poor heating ( had an electric heater in the floor ) / worn beds / the lamps on the bed side where all loose ready to fall and a lot of dirt inside .

Its placed in a good location
Some of the furniture was broken/damaged , insects and dust in the room, one of the lifts weren’t working. Woke up with insect bites on multiple occasions, I’ve stayed there 4 times but this time was very disappointing. Staff were lovely and helpful however the state of the hotel rooms were disappointing

The room and the kitchen were clean and well equipped.
The staff members failed resolve the problem with the broken door lock within reasonable time. Lack of communication and professionalism led to several hours of wasted time.

The rooms were very well equipped and even had a small kitchen with basic items for cooking.
The location was very good as it was super close to the event we were traveling to and there are some restaurants and a small supermarket nearby.
The staff was very friendly and helped to sort out a couple of issues (e.g. the room we got had double beds instead of single and the staff quickly gave us new rooms with single beds).
The Wifi was sufficient to stream movies and to casual browse internet.
We have rented two rooms and one did not have working AC
