The location of the apartment is very good - about 10-15 minutes walk from the Opera and the Louvre. Good WiFi connection.

We arrived on a Saturday. Couple of days before arrival I asked if we could drop our luggage until check in time and the response was that we can do so in the company's office. When we arrived there was nobody. I called the phone number given for a contact with the host and a woman told me that it's a non-working day and we can't drop off our luggage, but we can look for such facilities in the area. So, we walked around in the rain with the luggage, looking for luggage drop off location. I called back the host number to ask for some assistance, but she didn't answer and never returned the call (!!!). The communication was via Booking messaging platform, but also via WhatsApp, which was a bit inconvenient and inconsistent. I asked them to do it only via Booking platform, but they kept sending me WhatsApp messages Couple of days before check in (when cancellation was not allowed anymore) I was asked to register to a website where I had to give my credit card information for a 500 Euro deposit for potential damages (for "stains on the furniture or scratches on the floor" as the information was saying). However, the floor was all scratched and not in a good condition already, plus there were stains on the sofa and on the walls. I had to send messages about this to the host to let them know that there are damages already, for which I am not responsible. Then, to keep myself protected, I spent half an hour taking pictures of the apartment so that I can prove that damages were there already should a claim from the host occurs. There was supposed to be a microwave oven in the apartment, but there wasn't one. There was supposed to be a second set of keys, but there wasn't one. The apartment is in a nightclubs area which is very noisy on a Saturday night. There were people screaming, shouting, and talking loud all night until 6 a.m. The apartment is in an old building, but the apartment itself is in a decent condition.

Der Gastgeber ist telefonisch schwer erreichbar. Als er sich gemeldet har, wusste er nicht, ob er selbst die Schlüssel übergeben wird oder die Schlüssel im Briefkasten deponieren wird. Letztendlich fand die Schlüsselübergabe um 18 Uhr des Anreisetages. Bei der Anreise um 18 Uhr war das Apartment immer nicht bezugsfertig, obwohl dies bereits um 15 Uhr hätte stattfinden sollen! Die Putzfrau war noch zugegen und hat erst gegen 18 sauber gemacht. Die Fenster waren zwecks Lüftung aufgerissen (obwohl im Dezembar die Temperaturen draußen niedrig sind), so dass die Unterkunft am Anreisetag sehr kalt war. Im Badezimmer gibt es keine Lüftungsmöglichkeit. Die Treppen im Treppenhaus sind baufällig. Alles in allem schlechte Leistung.

La ubicación muy buena cerca a estación de metro, la cocina bien dotada. No nos gusto la falta de limpieza, muy sucio y las sabanas pareciera que estaban sucias.

perfectly located to everything, walkable and pretty street, exceptionally high ceilings and windows with tasteful furnishings, felt very Parisian. The bathroom tiles were really quirky and we loved chilling in the living room late afternoon with gorgeous sun coming in the windows, very light and warm apartment. The living felt spacious. One level of stairs was manageable with kids. washing machine and clothes rack was awesome. kids enjoyed watching skaters out the window at skatepark opposite. Easter timing was good weather and warm cosy apartment.

The bond taken and book describing cost of replacing everything made us a bit anxious with our 2 young children in case we dirtied anything! The floor mat was white and clearly not clean. The apartment had a tiny corridor & bedroom but everybody described it as spacious! Needed more hooks to hang things up, as limited storage. the check/in experience was a bit intense from memory with a pre form to fill in, but at least we were able to store our bags at the Habitat office for free when we checked out. the kitchen benchtop has water damage. the curtains didn’t block the street light so had to improvise to create darkness for our kids to sleep. the apartment would get hot in summer as got full afternoon sun.

Carpet in living room needs a deep clean Curtains in bathroom is moldy all over Beware after 11am on Sunday: no kindness from property owners to store your luggage. Additional fee per hour as a % of room cost requested despite no new travelers arrivals. Very noisy street at night

Location is perfect.

I recomment to the guys who are handling this location to put some tea, cofee, water into the room, is so cheap and so pleasant to wake up in the morning and take a cofee in your room, without need to go outside. The entrance into location is little but scarry: old stairs with limited illumination.

made a little error in booking. admin brutal about no changes. no a/c! lots of street noise all night if you need the windows open to stay cool.
