Beds were comfy, bathroom was clean and spacious
Bathroom door didn’t lock, walls not entirely soundproof we could hear the room next to us get up in the middle of the night a lot

Lovely property, nice pub, staff were great!
It is a budget hotel and could maybe do with a lick of paint here and there but it wasn’t a problem.

My room was clean and comfortable. The lady at reception was very polite and helpful.
The water drainage system in the shower was very slow which left me ankle deep in dirty water

Everything just great, we were fortunate the shared bathroom was right outside our door, but would have been find either way. Room was enough for my grand daughter and I, quite the adventure

Room very comfortable, pub down stairs
No milk for tea, but was given a small jug on request. Very loud kareoke, but finished at just gone 11pm. Ordered Nachos from the bar, they were dreadful.

Poor service relating to the food and the room wasn’t clean.

Perfect location for our trip into London, we have stayed here before when going to a theatre show. Its comfy and great value for money

The toilet seat was broken and there was no toilet roll. Unable to get hot water from shower or sink in bedroom.

Cosy room. Very close to centre. Helpful staff, tasty affordable food, TV and hairdryer included, free parking. Noise from pub was barely heard in rooms. Soap, shower gel and shampoo included
Shower didn't drain properly, nor was it particularly enjoyable temperature or water pressure wise. Everything was in one room so fan from shower was noisy when switched on. Walls quite thin so could hear neighbours. Shared toilet had no soap and no hand sanitizers on corridor

The comfey bed and convenience to Watford Junction Station
The shared bathroom was not ideal and the toilet would not flush. To be fair we notified staff and it fixed before we left.
