They take £50 deposit for no reason

Hotel was amazing location for a Wembley trip, the room was a good size & very clean. Also free parking if you get there early enough

The bathroom was a little outdated, however was very clean

I did not like anything as l was asjed to pay an extra 50 l did not have

Being asked to pay extra and being forced to pay 44 to get my refund

Property itself was fairly good, basic but you get what you pay for in that regard.

Their deposit system is a total joke. On check in everyone must pay a £50 deposit by card which you get back after your stay - the only hotel I’ve ever stayed in that requires this. The deposit wasn’t returned to my card for over a month, which isn’t a small amount of time to be short of £50. Considering this is a budget hotel it‘s completely ridiculous and is a policy that should be removed instantly. Definitely wouldn’t stay again as long as this remains in place.

Great place to stay. Easy to access central London from there by tube /train

The shower only had one temperature, hot.

staff friendly, comfortabe room, hotel gave me voucher reducing multi storey parking from £10 for 24 hours to £4, comfortable bar area to sit and chat with friends.

nightmare to find, website says parking available but doesn't say it's impossible to find and stopping to unload is impossible. the corridors have carpet rucked up to make a trip hazard oin many places, and curtains don't block light so it's hard to sleep in winter if you dont have a mask. public car park is only a short walk (but *very* long drive!) but I didnt feel very comfortable, it's in a dingy street, and to walk to the pay point you have to walk down a street with no footway

Room was clean

Room was tiny , you could have swung a very small cat, a rip off for a single tiny room (cell) room 120. They are taking the p**s at £91 probably with £50 at the very most, living on the back of harry potter theme park. And then tried to charge 13.95 for breakfast just shows what cancers they are, I will not be booking there again
