Hotel was amazing location for a Wembley trip, the room was a good size & very clean. Also free parking if you get there early enough

Property itself was fairly good, basic but you get what you pay for in that regard.
Their deposit system is a total joke. On check in everyone must pay a £50 deposit by card which you get back after your stay - the only hotel I’ve ever stayed in that requires this. The deposit wasn’t returned to my card for over a month, which isn’t a small amount of time to be short of £50. Considering this is a budget hotel it‘s completely ridiculous and is a policy that should be removed instantly. Definitely wouldn’t stay again as long as this remains in place.

staff friendly, comfortabe room, hotel gave me voucher reducing multi storey parking from £10 for 24 hours to £4, comfortable bar area to sit and chat with friends.
nightmare to find, website says parking available but doesn't say it's impossible to find and stopping to unload is impossible. the corridors have carpet rucked up to make a trip hazard oin many places, and curtains don't block light so it's hard to sleep in winter if you dont have a mask. public car park is only a short walk (but *very* long drive!) but I didnt feel very comfortable, it's in a dingy street, and to walk to the pay point you have to walk down a street with no footway

Room was clean
Room was tiny , you could have swung a very small cat, a rip off for a single tiny room (cell) room 120. They are taking the p**s at £91 probably with £50 at the very most, living on the back of harry potter theme park. And then tried to charge 13.95 for breakfast just shows what cancers they are, I will not be booking there again

Mouse / rodent in first room - moved to another room by staff but no real apology. Breakfast selection was Ok but bacon and mushrooms stone cold.

The staff were nice and so was the shower
The carpets were dirty. The room was smelly. The bathroom radiator wouldn’t turn off. You could hear other guests talking whist in the bedroom. The bed was uncomfortable.

Location was good for what we needed. We slept well.
Property was very tired, rooms were basic.
A deposit was taken on hold for any breakages, this wasn't ideal at £100 for 2 rooms.

Hotel was brilliant! The noise is not as bad as people make out. I stayed on the second floor in a family room. The room was very big, king bed and very comfy! Bathroom was very large with bath. All clean. The best thing about this place is the staff

Staff at reception were friendly and helpful. The room itself was ok, although the bed wasn't very comfortable.
The biggest problem was noise. I don't think the property has any insulation in the walls/floor at all. Normal walking around in the corridor and room above was really loud, and I was woken in the night by another guest taking a phone call - it sounded like he was talking loudly, not shouting, but I could still hear every word. The bathroom was also very dated with a shower over bath, and the TV remote only sort of worked with many broken buttons.

The man who helped me at reception and the bar with glasses was supreme. He was excellent. Sorry I didn’t get his name. It is a nice place simple and effective and close to where we needed to go
other than the carpets on the floor to rooms 1-9. everything was excellent. I intend to stay there every time I need to go to London!
