The location of the hotel is perfect and the room size is excellent for a family

At least a pair of clothes for a day can be made complimentary for laundry.

The toilet was not of the standard expected. Toiletries were not there and the overhead showers could not be operated as the lever was broken!

Location is super bad. I booked this Hotel because it is said city center. I was surprised to see the neighborhood, fully crowded and not even a pedestrian track. this seems old Hotel. I don’t recommend for Tourist. this is only good for people who have work nearby

The location was exceptional ! Their jewellery shop was wow ! They have a great collection.

The waiters ! They should be trained how to speak to guests. Their way of talking is really rude. I asked for a bottle of mineral four waiters came to tell me that the bottle is not for free. FOUR WAITERS !!!! Seriously so disturbing and the way they would tell you it’s like you can’t pay for a bottle of water.

Lobby, dining area , coffee shop are nice.

Rooms which were very very basic. Though every amenities were there and the hotel staff hardly care about helping with the luggage.

Very quiet hotel in a rushing busy center. The entrance is from the backyard behind the other building facing to the main street. Hotel is located close to Pink City entrance gate - so it is very suitable located for tourists. Room was very large and well equipped. Breakfast was also nice.

Wifi stopped if you did not use computer for a while. Thus you have to log in with the password again and again. Now I remember my password for ever :-)

Excellent service, good location, breakfast was very nice. The staff was very helpful, guided us very well.
