Muy amplio, con camas y muebles cómodos. Aire acondicionado. Cocina completísima, no le faltaba de nada (horno, encimera de gas, lavaplatos, etc....Amplísima terraza. Muy cerca de cualquier servicio: restaurantes, supermercados, parada de bus, también de la playa.

Había un solo baño, aunque muy completo.

The location was good , it was clean and airy , it also had a washing machine and dishwasher

There is no access to the pool in the complex as it’s a private rental , this wasn’t made clear when I booked it , we asked the hotel could we purchase day passes and they said no . The hotel uses wrist bands so we couldn’t even sneak in to use the pool

The apartment was large and clean, the location is convenient to several beaches, the Albufiera strip, and more.

While large, furniture was sparse and low quality—folding outdoor chairs as living room furniture, bed-frames and uncomfortable mattresses with no headboards, etc. The building and neighboring buildings attract many college-age kids who partied through the night very loudly, and left their trash and broken bottles everywhere. And the air conditioning was not working during our stay so stick with the choice of loud noise with windows open, or hot muggy conditions.

I liked the location, it was very clean and there was a lot of utensils and stuff

I didn’t like that we had to pay a late check in fee, the fee could be mitigated by having the key in a safe somewhere so a person didn’t have to come. Additionally the area has water cuts in the mornings, I wish this was communicated so we were prepared. Also the accommodation having salt, pepper and a olive oil or oil in general would have been nice, these things one has to buy a lot of so it would have been nice to have to avoid being wasteful.

I liked that the staff accommodate an early check in

The apartment is tired and very basic, very noisy with groups coming in at 3 or 4 o'clock in the morning shouting.

Walking distance to many restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacy etc. 10 minute to walk to the beach. Beautiful large clean apartment with a large balcony to enjoy breakfast and sunsets with a great ocean view.

Young student all night partying at the end of our stay. These big groups need to be screened better.

The location of the apartment was ideal with close by amenities, beaches and transport. We were a group of 6 adults and the apartment we were staying in had plenty of room for everyone, especially in the open plan living room/ Kitchen since we cooked most days. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and the dish washer was so handy. Nicole and Tanya where our point of contact and I appreciate their friendly and helpful support.

Noise from other guest in other apartments late at night was a nuisance.
