Pool need attention as leaking not safe round the pool for children

Could do with a spruce-up!

Brilliant location, clean and spacious

The location is fantastic, set on the marina where there is plenty of restaurants and convenience stores to get your essentials for your stay. Quiet location with stunning views. Would most definitely stay here again.

Nothing, no complaints.

Was in a really good location. We had a couple of slightly disabled friends and the villa and local area were really easy to access. A ground floor bedroom and bathroom were easily accessible for them and the surrounding are was flat so was easy to walk around.

The villa would have been better with an update in the area around the pool as there were a couple of mounds in the fake grass that everyone kept tripping over. Might have been dangerous for young children. It would have been helpful if there were instruction as to how to use the tv, dishwasher, washing machine and oven. We had to try and work out everything ourselves. Did not get tv to work, not a problem to us but could be if it was raining outside and there were children to keep occupied.

The villa is lovely. The pool table and games room came in very handy as the weather unfortunately wasn't great during our stay.

We could have done with an extra key as the front door needs to be locked from the inside, there is no latch. It wasn't a big deal but was a little awkward if our group wanted to split up. Also the front door leaked water at the bottom when there was heavy rain, again not a big deal really but we did need to put a towel down. There did seem to be an unusual amount of rain during our stay so it may not be an issue normally.

Everything else was perfect.

swimming pool was a little bit cold but okay. Railing/net around the stairs was sharp and I cut myself on it.

this property is perfect for family's and groups. it is in a great location and Albufiera old town is just a short walking distance, if you need transport there are taxis waiting all the time. You have plenty of bars and restaurants on the marina to choose from and there are plenty of boat trips available if you want adventure. i would recommend this property and definitely stay here again.
