Die Lage des Hotels ist großartig, zentral gelegen, das Zimmer war sauber und die Ausstattung war toll, das Hotelpersonal war sehr nett und professionell.

It was OK at the end but at first the receptionist was a little bit rude. She was nice later. Breakfast could have been a bit more interesting but the cheeses were very nice. Coffee was good.

Breakfast was lovely and the location is very convenient! The elevator to the room is so convenient for seniors!

For the second day of my stay, the lady dealing with preparing the breakfast, didn't know about my vegan option and she was not speaking English, thus some difficulties.... After 20 minutes I've managed to received what I was supposed to. The breakfast was quite good.

Host made it possible to check-in earlier and leave our car a little longer on the private parking space. Big thanks again!

Room was on the 3rd floor without elevator, which might be a problem for some people. Parking space is tight.

We were there on Friday night, and there were voices, laughing and shouting from the street below. This went on until about 2 a.m.

Rooms and location.

We emailed and asked for car parking as the hotel said it was was available. When we got there they told us to park in one of the minicipal underground car parks, however we had a roof box and this did not fit in any car park but this took an hour to drive around and find out.. The receptionist half tried to help but the outcome was we had no choice but to park in an illegal position and risk a fine or towaway. This was very stressful after an 8 hour drive. The hotel really didn't care, said it was unfortunate but only one night.

Right in the center of Ulm, a few steps from the main square. Perfect to stay and visit the city. The inside is very pitoresque with many details. All the furniture is beautiful and weel keeped. The breakfast was delicious and various. The staff was very kind and helpful. The parking is in a park house nearby.

The breakfast served was very nice. The staff were friendly but the host Charlotte Was amazing. Nice place to go walking and see the new and old Ulm. You can also take a walk along the river it is very peaceful. Nice place to relax. There is a laundromat about 1km away. Pleasant walk. You can walk from the station to the hotel.
