Location, comfort, great breakfast, terraces for chilling., Honesty box for drinks.

Great soundproofing but you needed it in the evening when the square filled with young people.

Bike friendlyness of hotel ! Top location. Staff very friendly! Very quiet room. Very nice decoration - only natural wood (massive, not fake) within hotel. Breakfast was really with love to deliver quality. Delicious !

No lift. But like this you get a free workout :)

Breakfast quiet room

Very centrally located. Everything accessible on foot. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Efficient check- in and -out. Nicely renovated rooms and en-suite bathroom. Comfortable beds. Excellent breakfast.

Already knew beforehand that there’s no lift or parking so wasn’t a problem but hence a 9 and not a 10 rating

staff friendly, breakfast had decent selection of food (all fresh, nothing cooked) and nice clean breakfasting room. Location perfect in centre of town and easy access to restaurants. Room a bit small but adequate for a single.

Room was very basic (spartan) with no wardrobe. Had to ask for a rack to hang my clothes. Travelling solo, I was possibly given a small basic room)

The location is very central

I couldn't sleep the whole night because the church bell was ringing every 15 min and it was very loud in my room. Old carpet and there was no kettle for tea or coffee maker in the room. But there are so many cafes around, so I got tea from the extrablatt Cafe close by.

Have to walk up 4 flights of stairs (no lift).

Tasty breakfast with a good choice (smoothie was a highlight), nice terrace, very friendly stuff, super central location (but Ulm is anyway small), cozy room.

Perfect location but choosing a hotel in front of the Münster remember the BELLS. As many other German hotels this one kicks you out quite early (check-out is at 10.30).

Friendly helpful reception staff. Our room right up in the attic was hot on arrival (no air conditioning) but opening the windows and using the portable fan cooled it down no problem. We were able to store our bicycles very securely in a locked bicycle garage. The location right opposite the Ulm Minster can't be beat. The view is amazing! Closing the windows at night blocked out any noise of the church bells or people in the square.

There were 69 stairs up to our room from the ground floor (including a narrow spiral staircase at the top) so do not book the superior double room if you have mobility issues. There are other lower level rooms with far less stairs.

Perfect location and amazing Munster-view. Good terassa for smoking on a second floor. A smart bath room - automatic light and airflow. Special thanks for the 8 kg dumbbell, at morning I took exercises.

Another side of perfect location - bells ring every quarter of the hour. No lift. No air conditioner.

Beautifully designed hotel, lovely staff who gave us a lit of tips of what to do, where to go and eat in the beautiful city of Ulm. We even got help bringing out suitcases to the room. Exceptional view from the sode of the cathedral. Excellent breakfast in lovely breakfast room.

The room was a bit loud as it was in the square and since it was a hot night. The clocks of the cathedral chimed at regular intervals. On Wednesday morning they started setting up the market already very early.

The location is excellent, the rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful.
