Чудове місце, турботливі й привітні працівниці готелю.
Чиста, приємна кімната, гарний свіжий ремонт, все працює, окремий плюс - класна ванна кімната.
Каштани на Коновальця перед входом й клумба ірисів - то просто любов. Однозначно рекомендую.

Located near the centre of Kyiv. Very clean. Good breakfast, you can choose 1 of 4 variants, and they would bring it to your room at the agreed time.

Great location next to Palace Ukraine (although a bit hidden in a residential house), and super friendly staff. 4 different breakfast options available, that were delivered to your room at a time of your choosing. Comfy bed, good utensils, warm water in shower. Everything worked fine, and the staff were easy to talk with using Google Translate. A couple of really good restaurants nearby. All in all a good place to stay for a couple of days as a business traveller. Just be aware that you might have to take the stairs some days when there are power outages, so people with wheelchairs should look for another place. I will definitely go back to this place next time I go to Kyiv.

Great location, easy to find, friendly staff. Our bed was huge, I think it's even bigger than California King, breakfast was delicious.

The staff is super friendly and super flexible. The fact that they have 24/7 reception is a big plus as I checked in very late. The room was clean, they provide you slippers, shampoo, everything that you need.

We really like the service from the staff, professional and kind. We were surprised how much. The room was nice and clean. On hot days we appreciate the A/C. The door service is 24/7.
We had expectations given from Booking about the room. The order contained BALCONY and we were really looking forward to having one during hot days but there was no balcony! So we catch on bait in booking :-(

The breakfast was excellent and more than I could eat each morning. They bring it to you promptly at anytime between 7am and 11am that you request it. Rooms are clean and bright. I took a room with a balcony and enjoyed the view morning and evening. This is the best bargain and best kept secret for affordable and a quality hotel room with breakfast in Kyiv, bar none.
You can book the room with American Express Card, but they are NOT equipped to take American Express for payment of your room once you get there. So DO NOT count on using your American Express Card for this hotel or for 99% of merchants and restaurants in Kyiv. Master Card and Visa only, and you better know your PIN code too. And not all Master Cards and Visas will work in Kyiv, depends on what the bank of the Kyiv merchant, retailer, or restaurant accepts. Bring enough cash as backup , which is easily changed over to UAH at money change locations everywhere.

Everything was perfect, great location, closed to everything. Breakfast was very good and tasty. Staff nice, helpful and friendly.
