The staff was very friendly, location was close to the main area. Able to store luggage while we went on multi day hikes.

Many problems during the stay, such as no hot water, toilet flush not working, and no water on one of the nights. Breakfast was repetitive. The rooms were quite cold at night.

Lovely hotel close to Plaza de Armas, maybe 5 minute walk. Very comfortable bed and a hot shower! The staff were very friendly and accomodating. The terrace offers stunning views over the city and surrounding mountains.

The included breakfast was a little small, but otherwise a wonderful place to stay.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed the central location and many things within walking distance, a grocery store, atm, restaurants, and more! The guest house is cozy and good value per night. We loved the rooftop patio and dining area. Breakfast was good and offered eggs, coffee, tea, and bread. Felt secure and safe staying here.

The rooms were a bit small and not updated. Beds are a bit small but comfortable. It is very noisy outside throughout the night but expected with it being in the town center. Bring ear plugs and eye mask.

Good location close to various trekking companies, nice restaurants and the main square.

It’s very noisy and consequently hard to sleep in the rooms facing the street. The bed isn’t particularly comfortable and the breakfast is basic.

Friendly staff and kept our luggage free of charge while trekking and allowed us to shower on our return for a small fee.

Although very clean, room was basic and very outdated and could do with a coat of paint. But still decent value for money!

Super comfy bed with roomy rooms, good wifi and decent cable TV selection (not that I used it given all the hiking options!). Super nice staff and easy to arrange trips via their partner place Jackle Backpackers. Great value for money and would certainly use again.

Breakfast was basic but fulfilling with ample coffee - you will miss it if you have an early 5am trek or day trip so you will have to ask ahead of time for this. I wasn't under the impression they are accustomed to regularly packing an early "to go" brekkie though, that said, they did this for me on the final day when I asked. Much appreciated.

Great female staff. But one day a man was on duty , seemingly, and the desk was abandoned most of the day.

It is not their fault but a dog at a nearby intersection was barking after 5 a lot.
