Las instalaciones. Sirven el desayuno muy tarde. No hay atención de cafetería / restaurante.

A localização é excelente.

O café da manhã é muito diferente das fotos. Não oferecem quase nada do que é mostrado, não incluindo sequer queijo no serviço. Além disso, a acomodação não fornece chá de coca, como aparenta nas imagens, deixando muito a desejar.

The stuff at reception was very kind, helpful and willing to help with anything we needed. Highly recomend the hotel because of the personel at first place. Also the breakfast was fine and the location is perfect at the plaza.

Great location on Plaza de Armas. Good breakfast with plenty of fresh fruit. Some English spoken.

A little bit disorganised, family run hotel but this could have been due to the Saints Peter and Paul holiday weekend getaway. Rooms clean but spartan.

The room rate and location were hard to beat.

The breakfast wasn't so good.. .. There wasn't any cereal... just the usual fruit, coffee, bread and scrambled eggs... It wasn't possible to have a fried egg 😕 They didn't have any butter either which makes for a very plain breakfast... fresh mellon and pineapple juice every morning...... but no orange juice? They could probably play some better breakfast music... playing it loud unfortunately doesn't make it better.

The staff went well above and beyond to help out. I have traveled a lot and I don't think I've ever had as good of service anywhere else. They are available to answer any questions or concerns 24/7. Amazing. Also, warm/hot shower with great water pressure was a nice surprise.

The location was super central, next to Plaza Arma. We asked for the room with windows not to the street and despite the central location was pretty quiet. We also really appreciate the late check out option. The breakfast was good with many fruits.

The wifi connection was poor, we have the connection only next to the door. The bathroom was stinky and there was a mold on wall. Not all the staff spoke english.
