Le cadre global de la masseria.

Pour le prix payé, en ce début de saison, la prestation pourrait être plus haute : - Piscine non chauffée, - la masseria est excentrée de Matera et au milieu d'une zone d'entreprises bruyantes. - L'environnement direct de notre chambre donnait sur l'activité de ses entreprises bruyantes. - les chambres mal isolées phoniquement.

Definitely recommend this hotel! The conversion of this 275 year old agricultural property was done with great care and taste. Our room was the largest and it was huge, well furnished, very clean, with a big tub, bug TVs, and all around excellent. Staff, particularly Enzo, were very helpful and kind. Plenty of secured parking. Breakfast was free and simple but good quality. There is a pool for use in summer and a football pitch was being prepared for next summer. Restaurant on sight looks good, but we didn't eat there. Winter prices were very favorable. If you want excellent accommodation outside of town center and don't mind driving 10-15 minutes to go into town, this is the place for you.

Location is surrounded by industrial warehouses and auto dealerships and is not ideal as you cannot walk to any restaurants, stores, etc. But you do get a pool and big rooms as the tradeoff. Breakfast was basically the same everyday...could have had more variety, or maybe offered something hot. The outdoor "atmospheric" music playing every morning at 08:00am woke us up.

Excellent facilities and an inspired architect/designer did wonders

The air conditioning was a bit weak and the breakfast not so diversified and repetitive

Superb. You drive through a comercial center but one through the gates it's amazing. The attention to detail of the whole site is excellent. Staff very friendly too.

Nothing

Gorgeous property. Just like the photos, maybe even better. Rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. Pool was clean and refreshing. The grounds and lobby are meticulously maintained. I thought the breakfast that was included had a pretty good variety but another family member disagreed.

It was located in an industrial neighbourhood and, at first, we thought we were lost. You do need a car to get around, especially if you plan to tour old Matera

Staff are excellent. Attentive withput being overbearing and very friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Made for a really relaxed and chill break. Pool really nice and tranquil too.

Nothing really springs to mind that i didnt like. Shower could have been a bit more powerful but hardly a problem.
