The view from the balcony was very beautiful, private parking was very helpful, because the streets are narrow and full of cars

We stayed in apartment Denis for 2 nights in Dubrovnik. Located in a residential area above the harbour. About 30 minute walk to the old town, good location. Local supermarkets, coffee shops and bakeries in the area. The apartment itself is probably better than shown in the pictures with an amazing view from the balcony. Fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is on a hill and therefore there are a couple of sets of steps to reach it. Host were lovely and very helpful on details of the area.

Nothing negative to add. We had a great stay.

Beautiful, spotless clean apartment with wonderful view, there's really everything you may need. Exceptionally friendly host. We also really appreciate having a reserved parking lot.

It was very spacious and felt really homely in a beautiful area of Gruž :) the view from the balcony/terrace was amazing and I'd definitely stay there again :) the owner Denis picked us up from the airport and took us back to the airport on the way back home, he even stopped en route to the airport so we could have one last picture of Dubrovnik which was lovely :) the family give you a home cooked meal if you stay longer than 7 days which was delicious 😋 overall the apartment was so cosy and comfortable to stay in and would recommend to everyone :)

Denis is a truly great host who made sure our stay at his apartment was the most comfortable. He welcomed us with fresh fruit and wine and gave us lots of useful recommendations that helped us get around the city more efficiently. The apartment is very well situated only 10 minutes away by car from the old town and beautiful beaches. It has everything one might need for a short or long stay in Dubrovnik. The balconies offer fantastic views of the bay and the surrounding area. The apartment is spacious with comfortable beds, ideal for a good-night sleep. Would book again!

Everything was perfect

The balcony with the great view is amazing, there are not many insects to bother you during late hours so you can sit and enjoy the view even in the late hours. Denis and his son were both super helpful and friendly, we got a bottle of red wine for free and local liquor.

The location is a little bit more off, but that's usually no problem since you can use an uber or the bus to get to old Town.

What a beautiful place and nice owner! The view from the terrace is outstanding, however the access to the Old City is better byUber or bus service from port rather by foot. Very comfortable accomodation. This place offers also parking space in a garage under the building. Very handy in that hot place

We regret we could not stay longer!

Perfect location, beautiful view, very close to the old-Town, 5 min by Uber. 10 min walk to the Marina. Absolutely loved the terrace. Very comfy beds and it feels like home. Nice wide screens to watch Netflix. Has everything you need. Special thanks to the host and his son for quick responses. We left a charger in the apartment, and Denis was so kind to let us know about it, and to let us pick it up whenever it was convenient. All the best wishes! Highly recommended! And thanks for the wine! :)

Very comfortable apartment. Everything was fine. I felt like at home. We had a very nice local dinner with homemade wine. Linens were clean and nice. Will be back with pleasure!

Comfortable apartament with stunning view of Dubrovnik city. Great spot tu take a glass of local wine which we get from Denis. Definitely we will get back next year! 🇭🇷👏❤️

Parking is a mess outside but there is a private garage! As other’s review this place is a great one to stay in. You are provided with perks of tasting one of Croatia special drink (alcohol warning 😁) Cleanliness is great and nothing much to complain about. Heating is great during our stay there and the host is very nice!

A little bit crowded in the pantry and not so great for moving around, dishwasher is a little bit too small but still usable.

Clean, nice rooms, great view. It was all excellent.

There was nothing I disliked about the apartment.
