Bellissima struttura e personale super gentile ed accogliente.
Uno stile coloniale con suite larghissime, bagno in marmo e stanza armadio. La colazione servita al tavolo a tutte le ore del giorno e della notte. Insomma che dire un albergo boutique 10 e lode

The property is exceptionally beautiful. And the staff was very professional and friendly. For sure would highly recommend it.

Hotel itself was beautiful, the fact there are only 11 rooms make it feel very relaxed and intimate for couples. Food is exceptional particularly breakfast, great spa, staff are very attentive, complimentary daily mini bar is a nice touch as is the free laundry service. it’s not walkable to centre of El Gouna but can easily get a tuk tuk so actually to be out the way a bit is a plus.

I like the theme of the hotel, the staff were very welcoming and kind specially Mr. Mohammed from there front desk and Hussien from the spa..
The concept of breakfast anytime anywhere is phenomenal
I think the facility needs some maintenance the side facade needs painting definitely,
wooden floor in the room needs work and some plumbing maintenance like the tap etc

A little further away from downtown and the marina; you’ll need to hire a tuk tuk

impeccable service, lovely staff who go over and beyond and a lovely property
wasn’t impressed by the very loud music till after midnight (apparently the owner’s private party) or making exceptions to families with kids to come in for the day - apparently also owner friends. you need to respect your own rules and respect your guests.

the hotel is magical literally as if you’re walking in a dream! its too beautiful to be true!! every single detail is thought of the design n architecture is sooo unique n vibrant! staff were excellent breakfast was scrumptious the view is perfect! sooo relaxing.. the place is a real gem
