The location is good. Close to both Polignano a Mare and the beautiful village of San Vito and Benedettinni Abbey. Ideal base for driving to all the major sightseeing destinations. Next to a small,safe sandy beach and restaurant. Nice large walled private garden space right beside the shore. The host Pasquale was very friendly and helpful.

The facilities in the dwelling are somewhat dated. Everything works but the gas hob is old and and difficult to use because you can't see from the panel which ring applies to which control knob leading to unnecessary gas escape and fumes.This should be replaced. We were taken aback to find that the toilet was located in the shower cubicle- it got very wet when having a shower and had to be dried off for use thereafter - the shower and toilet should be separated.

The location is beautiful - right on the sea with easy access to a spectacular swim spot.

The owner Pasqualino couldn’t do enough to help us. The location was incredible. The villas and the grounds were just stunning.

Nothing - nothing to fault at all!

We didnt get there until 10pm, after travelling most of the day and driving from the airport. We were met at the gate, given a thorough orientation to the property and well looked after. It was clean and well provisioned. Nothing was a problem for our host, Pasqualino. This was simple, family friendly, old-style hospitality. Thank you.

Lovely place. We loved everything. Very confortable house, very clean, with à lot of équipments. Lovely garden, the sea is just behind the wall of the garden, you can acess it directly through a private gate. And last but not the least: Pascuale is very kind, knows to welcome his guests in a nice way., being discrete at the same time. We definitly recommand this place!

We've stayed in the villa with sea view. It is located right at the beach, I mean the garden door opens directly to the beach. The beach is rather special with a lot of something like roman ruins in the water. Crossing this part there is a nice small sandy beach. The bay is perfect for swimming as being calm even with high waves at the see. We had a bedroom with a double bed and an other one with two single beds which could be a bit short if you have "full size" kids. A living room with a round table and a small kitchen. Actually there is a way much larger kitchen outside. There is a small bathroom but as it is stated the shower is placed outside - it may be strange at first but it was really fun, closeable and private. There is a huge terrace with lots of space to sit down, The garden is really beautiful. Pasquale was very kind and helpful with everything, we've used his recommendation of restaurants with great result.

It was a bit strange to not have hot water for dishwashing.
