the host is amazing. Kritjan was so helpful with the booking. he helped us with the tours and even guided has for the entire stay. super quick reply from him. the apartment was big and had everything we needed. just above the bus stop. easy pick up for tours right at the apartment building.

Location was great. Close to the center and with many nice restaurants near the apartment. There is also a supermarket just in front of the place and free parking not too far away. Apartment was equipped with everything we needed, including washing machine and dryer. Host was very communicative and helpful.

There is a problem with the toilet seat that made it a bit uncomfortable to use. The owner is aware and said it will be fixed.

The apartment was excellent and the host was very attentive with speedy e mail replies.

Great, big flat, very nice and warm, at an amazing, central location and the best virtual host ever.

The apartment with a large living space and two small bedrooms is perfectly located at the beginning of Reykjavik's main shopping street. Nice restaurants nearby. Small (expensive) supermarket across the street. Kristján was always available and gives lots of helpful information. Wi-fi, washing machine and dryer available. What more could you want?

The beds are relatively small for two people. Toilet seat did not fit on the toilet bowl and the rain shower head had some mold on the edge (there was a second shower head that was clean).

The apartment was in such a great location, and our host Kristján was so accommodating and communicative. He checked in on us to make sure we had accessed everything and also sent over a beautifully detailed document before we checked in so that we knew exactly where to park and what to expect. We spent several days in Reykjavík and sight-seeing at sites around Reykjanes and the Golden Circle, and this apartment was a fantastic central location. The apartment was bright and airy, well-equipped, and super comfortable for the four of us. We highly recommend this place!

The apartment is close to shopping and restaurants and a short walk from the church. It is easy to park a short distance from the apartment for free. There is a 24 hour market right across the street. The apartment is well equipped and has a washer and dryer. Rekyavik kitchen, around the corner is excellent.

Really great location. Very spacious apartment, very clean and Kristjan was really nice! Helped us with everything we needed. Will definetly rent again.

Staying at the property was very enjoyalble, nice clean apartment with a fully furnished kitchen in an ideal location, shops and main street only few hundreds of meters away. Owner very pleasant to deal with and very approachable.

Host was in contact when required. Such a nice guy and made our stay so much more enjoyable on our last day by extending the check out time to accommodate for cancelled tours the previous days. Would 100% recommend the apartment and host.
