Location was super, rooms were really clean and comfortable.

Good location direct on the waterfront in Fiesa, 15 minute walk to Piran. Modern rooms and great breakfast, luckily the weather was great so we ate on the terrace.

We arrived by bike and the coastal footpath is not suitable for cycling!

Location is superb, overlooking the beach. Local beach bar & water sports are 30 seconds from the hotel but aren't crowded. It's a 15 minute walk into Piran along the coastal path, in-fact the whole area is well set-up for sports activities & plenty of walking. I paid extra for a room with a seaview, which was worth every penny! Didn't use their restaurant as I walked into Piran but it looked really nice. Didn't have breakfast as I was up & way by 05:00 the following morning to catch a flight home.

free onsite parking, 15 minute walk to Piran. very good breakfast included. Nice and comfortable room. The location in Fiesa was also really nice

I always like my days off @hotel Fiesa. stuff is super friendly, rooms are clean, comfortable. I specially adore breakfasts with great view.

Great Hotel. Directy at the Adriatic See. You can walk on the promenade to the city centre in 15 minutes and also jump into the sea some metres away from the hotel entrance. Hotel own Parking. Great breakfast though a power blackout. Kitchen staff prepared everything without a problem.

The hotel has been very recently renewed and hence the rooms are new with new and modern furnitures. The rooms are also clean and the beds very comfortable. The sight is nice and the location is quiet, and you can reach the center of Piran with a nice 15-minute walk through a path along the see. The staff is multilingual (...parlano anche italiano...) and helpful. Breakfast is excellent with some local products.

The internet connections of the wi-fi had some problems during my one-day stay. I think it was just a temporary problem.

Nice hotel with a big parking lot, ideal as a Piran visitor with a car. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable, the breakfast was also good (and they have a nice terrasse!). There is a walkway on the seaside that leads directly from the hotel to the oldtown of Piran, it's a lovely 15Min walk around the cliffs :)

Location, just outside the beach so we could sit down on the balcony and listen to the noise of the sea. It’s only 15 minutes walk to Piran’s market and the walk along the sea is amazing

The hotel looks tired and needs renovation. Breakfast was monotonous, the same restricted choice every day
