Molto curata e abbondante la scelta a colazione. . Pulizia e servizi ottimi. L'hotel è molto bello con piscine termali grandi e ben organizzate. Posizione ottima vicino al mare.

La cena nonostante la scelta dei cibi fosse varia, si sono susseguite le stesse pietanze per più giorni. Il parcheggio per l'auto non è garantito e si può rischiare di pagare un parcheggio ad orario.

We really enjoyed our stay, room was spacious, super clean and beautiful. Food at the restaurant was amazing. Our kids loved it as well.

We have a great time in this property. Very spacious room with nice bathroom and big terrace. The room was clean , nicely decorated. Very good breakfast. The staff were very polite and friendly. Special thanks for “majstorica ga” Tanja Stevanoviċ and Aleš Klonas.

Frühstück: Gebäck wäre schön mehrere Sorten auch im Ganzen zur Selbstbedienung Abendessen: Essenszeiten der Jahreszeit im Winter früher anzusetzen wegen Dunkelheit und Kälte. Dickes "Minus": Aushängeschild der Life-Class Gruppe ist und war der Barbetrieb nach dem Abendessen!!!! "Keine Einzige Bar ist mehr geöffnet" ,falsche Richtung!!! Mühseliges Warten auf den Lift,mit teilweise blockieren in den Stockwerken vom Reinigungspersonal mit unfreundlichen weg schauen oder Handy schauen!!! Keine oder viel zu wenige freie Termine bei Massagen oder Wellness ,haben es viele viele Jahre davor gerne im Haus angenommen und genützt,aber anscheinend gibt es kein Fachpersonal mehr oder viel zu wenig,dass uns sehr sehr traurig stimmt für die Zukunft.....!!!!!!! Fehlende Hände beim Empfang und Abreise ,sowie ein liebes Lächeln hinter der Rezeption. Hoffe auf Änderungen bis nächstes Jahr mit freundlichen Grüßen, ein langjähriger Gast im Haus!!!

The staff was nice and friendly, the bed was comfortable, room was very clean and spacious. It is close to the beach and to the bus stop to Piran (only a few steps from the hotel). Breakfast was very tasty with lots of options. You can use different spas like Thermal Spa, Sea Water Spa what is a great opportunity. Sauna park is also great, with many option to relax (for extra fee).

You have to pay extra fee for parking (12euro/day) and bathrobes(6euro/person/stay). We had a view from the room to the outdoor units of the AC equipment systems, it was very disturbing to listen to the monotonous noise during the night, even if the windows were closed.
