Appartamento super bello, esattamente come nelle foto. Struttura della piscina molto piacevole, sosia davanti stupenda e personale simpaticissimo

The balcony and view were outstanding! Very quiet location and wonderful pool. Bistro and market were very convenient.

Paying extra for reserved parking was really needed or convenient. Reception area creepy and no one there “ personing” the property ever.

Staff was very welcoming. No issues at all

Location and well equipped. Proximity (walking distance) to supermarket and shopping malls. Actually also walking distance to the airport if one flies to/from SFG

An improvement can be to have a fan and an awning/parasol for the terrace to provide shade and comfort during daytime

The unit itself was well appointed and clean

The overall conditions of the property were very poor. Construction noise started early and the noise between units was fairly loud.

Pizzeria located 50 m from the apartment

NOT RECOMMENDED!! Few days before holiday I received email with information about 300€ deposit. During our stay we lost one key (standard one, not extraordinary). The owner had additionally few ones, but they charged us 100€ for it. We were tricked and it was unfair how they treat us. Aparatment wasn't clean. Dust everyehere, my son was sneezing and coughing all the time. The bathroom had broken sink drain. Euqipment in the kitchen was worn out and full of dust! You must have a car in the island. Apartment is located near to the beach, on the Franch side of the island where Irma huragan destroyed the near area a lot, so everywhere buildings were scare godforsaken places.
